Good Stuff Moving

This company was great! They called at 9:45 on the morning of our move, and arrived at exactly 10 am as scheduled. They worked very quickly and efficiently, and they finished up right around the time they had estimated (3 hours).

This moving crew was spectacular with all aspects of this move. From their timeliness, professionalism, and care. Thank you for the great experience. Nothing was damaged. The crew took great care to ensure that nothing got damaged while it was with them.

Our move was complicated by the fact that we had two destinations in Madison: an apartment building where we would be living, and a storage unit where a good portion of our furnishings and other belongings would be for several months. Brent came up with a good plan, using two trucks, with one loaded for the apartment and the second for the storage unit. We had Good Stuff pack the kitchen, a massive job which was completed quickly and efficiently on the morning of our move. The four staff, Trevor, Mike, Sean, and Erik, were extremely polite, friendly, fast, and helpful. They took great care with our possessions and assisted us with a few items we had not packed prior to their arrival. On day two the movers unloaded our things in Madison. They were great about asking where we wanted things placed at the apartment. At the storage unit, Mike did a masterful job in determining where and how to place all our items so they would fit inside our 10x20 unit. Everything went very smoothly and we were very pleased with Good Stuff and its staff.

Excellent on all counts. At two different times, while we were selling our house and again later when we were living in an apartment, a Good Stuff crew had to literally move everything around within a huge tightly packed storage locker to retrieve an item for us. They did this without damaging anything and at a very reasonable fee. We were very grateful and relieved because we definitely needed this done, and it took lots of skill and muscle to do something like this. There was no way that we could possibly have done this ourselves. We thank them for taking on these small jobs because it made our overall move a little less stressful (the move itself was very typically stressful). Then on day one of the big move, four fellows and two trucks moved all boxes and furniture from two very large storage lockers into our new house. It took an entire day; lots of stuff to move. They were very professional and careful and well organized. They asked us where we wanted every item placed in the new house. There was no damage to anything moved or any damage to the new house. We had hired Good Stuff originally to move all these items into the storage lockers, and they must have packed them into the lockers well because after months of storage and finally being moved into the new house, all was well. On moving day they went "beyond the call of duty" and also called in some extra help to consolidate into one remaining small storage locker various select items gathered from several locations (in other words, after moving, we still retained one small storage locker for select items that will go elsewhere). They hung in there until the total job was complete, and we were extremely grateful they did all this for us. Lastly, on day, two two fellows and one truck moved our boxes and furniture from our apartment into our new house. This move involved a particularly long distance of travel, but again it all went efficiently and smoothly. A huge thank you to the Good Stuff company and to all the fellows that helped us during the past many months (Mike, Abe, Taylor, Cody, Matt, Ben, Kyle, Andy, Joe, Evan, Joseph, Rich, Brent---hope I didn't omit anyone). PS--their box deal is also great. You buy the boxes from them. Then you return them after use and get a refund!

They were very professional, quick and nice. I had a few very heavy items and they managed them with no problem. I couldn't have done it without them.

Everything went like clockwork. We were very happy with the service.

Staff was great to work with getting the move set-up before moving day. I arranged for the truck and movers to empty my storage units in Minneapolis and deliver to new home in northern MN. Staff was great to work with and was able to load the day before and unload at the new home the next day. Great to work with.

Nice job. Items were protected in garage. New floor was not scratched during move back in.

Moved stuff to Condo. Rest of stuff moved into storage locker and organized the space.

Went well. They are very accommodating and concerned w quality. They are a bit short and curt, though. I guess knowing they have a good service. They did even replace my parents' grandfather clock's glass with no hesitation at all. They were very helpful w letting us using their boxes, which saved a lot of money. They were terrific other than having a I won't put up w * way about them

Crew of 4 was very careful, polite, did a great job. Took appx. 4 hours to unload a very tightly packed trailer.

Great! They were quick and gave us good advice when we got to our new home and were trying to fit big furniture in small spaces. We also liked getting our boxes from them and getting a refund when we returned them. They did a great job estimating exactly how many boxes we would need to move.

It was so smooth; they were careful with my belongings and the buildings I moved into and out of, and were polite and professional also. I had a few tricky (heavy/awkward) items and I didn't hear any complaining at all. They worked hard. Thanks!

Good Stuff was great! From the on-site estimate through picking up the boxes at our home after completing the move. Most importantly, on moving day the crew of four were fantastic. Hustling the whole time to get it done quickly, but also with care. Great guys!

It went well. Seemed to take longer than I thought it would, but overall was very pleased. The team of 3 guys that came out to do the move were very friendly and professional.

Great. They provided boxes, tape, bubble wrap, everything we needed to pack up. They arrived on time, moved all of our items carefully and quickly got us setup in our new home. They give a credit for returned boxes and our total cost was less than their initial estimate!!

AWESOME!! The two movers were on time, friendly, helpful and very professional. Cole and Matthew were very respectful of both homes and of my stuff! Very nice guys. Brent was very helpful over the phone and via e-mail to schedule the move. This was a great experience and I will recommend Good Stuff to anyone who is moving!!

The movers were prompt, courteous and moved everything quickly and professionally. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

Overall, the guys did a fantastic job. This was not an easy move. Even though I took the playhouse down in sections, it was still framed with 2x4's and some pieces were very heavy. The guys came in, quickly introduced themselves, and went directly to work. There were six guys, including two large guys and three trucks. They held our stuff for two days, then delivered it to our new home 2 1/2 hours away. They arrived on time on both ends, covered the floors, and were overall very courteous. Only very minor damage to a few items and nothing was missing or lost. It was expensive but they did a great job. Just a tip for would be customers: Let them pile your boxes into the garage if you can, and only move the big stuff into the house. It goes much quicker and you can control how fast you unpack without having to work around a bunch of boxes. I would hire these guys again!!

Fantastic! The guy that came over to estimate the price of our move was professional and courteous. It really helped us determine a ballpark figure and then motivated my husband and I to make sure all was packed and staged for when the movers come to save us money by cutting the movers time. The day of moving a crew of 5 respectful young guys came and loaded all my belongings into their trucks quickly and efficiently. I have a huge treadmill that was in the basement and they got it out no problem. And for the rest of the house? they didn't nick a single wall with any of my big furniture! I think those boys were magical! My husband and I were so happy with their services--we would recommend to anyone.

Scheduled move with 2 trucks and 4 men. Did a good job. 3 of the guys were great. One was complaining and being rough with boxes the entire time. The work was good but it was obvious they were working slow both loading and unloading to make time longer. One truck would go at least twice as fast as the other. I overheard one man say he really wanted to be done by 2:30, they finished at 2:25. Obviously slow work to increase cost.
