The estimator was punctual and professional when surveying my current driveway for replacement. The estimate was higher than other bids and I ended up going with another company.

It went very well. I arranged for a visit by a sales agent who measured and surveyed the area. We had to coordinate their job with pouring new concrete slab inside the garage, so we arranged a rough date. They called back right on the arranged date to arrange exact date. They arrived early in the morning to prepare the area, then two weeks later came to put on the asphalt. Everything went very smoothly. This is a very organized and efficient company.

They seemed to be professional. They knew what they were doing. They showed up on time. I would recommend them to anyone that needed the service. They seemed a little high in price, but it was worth it.

Everything went well, they did a good job. They got the job finished in a reasonable amount of time.

We were satisfied with their work. They were very clean, professional and responsive with any questions we had. They came back right away when we had something.

Responded to phone call for an appointment for an estimate. The person making the appointment did not ask if both spouses would be present. Jon, the salesman showed up and refused to do an estimate with only one person present. Rescheduled for another time. This time, to make the estimate Jon required assistance in making the measurements. When he learned that I had seen reviews of their work, expensive but good quality, as well as a high pressure sales job, which I told him would not be successfully with us, he packed up and left without doing an estimate. Basically wasted two evenings of mine that could have been planned for something else. He felt like he was doing us a favor to only reschedule. When he learned my wife was feeling a bit ill, his comment was he wouldn't feel right doing this to us. I suspect that meant the hard-sell and inflated estimate. With his early departure I can only suspect that my suspicions and the reports on here are correct.

They are probably a little higher priced than other contractors, but they do a really nice job. You certainly get what you pay for. My drive way is smooth and drains perfectly.

Time will tell how long it will last, which will be the true test.

Provided a friendly, non pushy estimate. They were quite a bit higher and so I didn't use them.

Joe came out to our house within 3 days of our call. He took sufficient time explaining all the steps involved in removing the old asphalt and replacing it with the new one. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The company did an excellent job in letting us know when the work would be started while they also worked with our schedules. They did an excellent job. No mess was left behind. After the driveway was installed Joe came by again to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction.

They came to my door offering a free quote. They explained the process and were then really pushy about getting me to commit right then, saying price would be 15% higher if I waited. I felt the price was really high and I didn't appreciate that they weren't willing to let me get other quotes. It really turned me off.

The estimator showed up on time, even a bit early, discussed and assessed driveway condition, and recommended complete replacement of the driveway. He discouraged other estimators whom we have consulted who were recommending replacement of the apron only. The estimator was friendly but wrote an estimate of price only on the back of his business card and did not provide a written estimate describing the work to be done and materials used. We decided to go with another company who would replace the damaged asphalt with a concrete apron.

The salesperson refused to give us an estimate since both my husband and I were not present. We told him we wouldn't be making a decision today anyway since we would be gathering more estimates and checking references. We are very tired of companies who insist on both spouses being present so they can give a heavy handed sales presentation in order to try to get people to agree to use them during a first meeting. I find it interesting that a company would rather lose business than provide an estimate.

VERY GOOD. PRESENTATION WAS WELL DONE AND SALESPERSON GAVE A GOOD EXPLANATION OF THE 3 BID SCENARIOS PRESENTED. THE CREW WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND NEATLY. GOOD CLEANUP. YARD WAS LEFT VERY NEAT.

MY PROPERTY LINE RUNS RIGHT DOWN MY DRIVEWAY. MY NEIGHBOR WHO SHARES THE PROPERTY AND I HAVE TO DECIDE TOGETHER WHEN CHOOSING COMPANIES. STACE, THE ESTIMATOR, SHOWED UP ABOUT 15 MINUTES LATE WITH NO APOLOGY OR REASON FOR BEING LATE. HE TALKED TO MY NEIGHBOR AND I. HE SPENT A GOOD DEAL OF TIME DRAWING A PLAN OF HOW THE DRIVEWAY WOULD BE REDONE. HE ALSO CAME WITH A PHOTO ALBUM SHOWING STEP BY STEP HOW THEY BUILD A DRIVEWAY. HE WANTED US TO DECIDE RIGHT THEN AND THERE IF WE WERE GOING TO HIRE HIS COMPANY. I TOLD HIM I WAS STILL GETTING MORE BIDS. HE WAS VERY RUDE SAYING SOMETHING LIKE I'D NEVER FIND ANYBODY CHEAPER AND WHAT WAS I WAITING FOR. IF I HAD SIGNED RIGHT THEN, THEN HE WOULD HAVE TAKEN SOMETHING LIKE $300.00 OFF THE BID. EVEN WITH THAT HE WAS STILL THE MOST EXPENSIVE BID I HAD. MY NEIGHBOR ALSO FELT HE WAS REALLY RUDE AND PUSHY. I HAD SUCH A BAD FEELING THAT EVEN IF HE HAD BEEN THE CHEAPEST, I WOULD NOT HAVE HIRED THIS COMPANY.

THE SALES REP WAS POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS COMPANY'S PRODUCT. HOWEVER, HE WAS JUST TOO SUAVE AND IN A LOW-KEYED MANNER WAS HIGH-PRESSURING US TO SIGN A CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY. HE MADE PROMISES THAT THE WORK WOULD DEFINITELY BEGIN THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND THAT THE WORK WOULD BE FINISHED IN THREE WEEKS. THE HIGH PRESSURING AND PROMISES MADE US VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. WE ARE AWARE THAT WEATHER AND OTHER FACTORS CAN AFFECT THE TIMING OF COMPLETING THE WORK. WHEN ASKED ABOUT A WARRANTY ON HIS COMPANY'S WORK, HE REPLIED THAT HIS COMPANY DID NOT GIVE ANY.

WORK WAS DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO IT. THERE WERE SOME ISSUES WITH SCHEDULING WITH THE CITY, MOST OF THAT WAS THE CITY'S FAULT. ALSO, THE OVERALL PROJECT TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN EXPECTED. FINAL PRODUCT WAS WELL DONE AND STOOD UP TO THE FLOODING RAINS WE HAD LAST WEEK. NO WATER IN MY BASEMENT, THAT WAS THE NUMBER ONE REASON I GOT THE DRIVEWAY REDONE WAS TO DRAIN THE WATER AWAY FROM THE HOUSE AND THE NEW ONE DOES THAT VERY WELL.

THEY WERE EASY TO WORK WITH EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A DIFFICULT (SMALL) SITE. THE PRICE WAS QUITE HIGH, HOWEVER, CONSIDERING THE SIZE OF THE REPLACEMENT (20' X 8'), BUT NOT OUT OF LINE WITH OTHER BIDS THAT WE RECEIVED. SOME CRACKING HAS OCCURRED IN THE ASPHALT SINCE THEN, BUT WE BELIEVE THAT'S DUE TO THE SETTLING OF THE GROUND BENEATH IT RATHER THAN BECAUSE OF THE WORK THEY DID.

THEY CAME ON TIME, USED TOP GRADE MATERIALS, DID THE JOB QUICKLY & CLEANLY, & FOLLOWED UP TO MAKE SURE CUSTOMER HAPPY.

VERY GOOD COMPANY TO HIRE. WORK WAS DONE AS PROMISED AND ON TIME. THEIR PRICES SEEM VERY COMPETITIVE AND THEY WERE FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL.

PATRICK WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY DO. THEY USE DOLOMITE INSTEAD OF A RECYCLED BASE (CLASS 5). HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE AND I BELIEVE HIM THAT IT IS A BETTER BASE. THE PRICE ($9,000) FOR THE JOB WAS NEARLY DOUBLE THE OTHER TWO BIDS WE GOT. JUST TOO MUCH.

THE PERSON WHO CAME FIRST DID A GOOD JOB EXPLAINING WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHAT MATERIAL WOULD BE USED. THEY CALLED AHEAD TO SCHEDULE FOR EVERY STEP. THEY HAD TO COME TWICE TO COMPACT THE BASE, BECAUSE IT HAD A SOFT SPOT.(THEY DID IT THEMSELVES, I DIDN'T REQUEST THAT). MY DRIVEWAY LOOKS VERY GOOD, THEY DIDN'T CREATE A MESS OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD MAKE ME UNHAPPY.

I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH, BUT THE QUALITY SEEMS VERY GOOD.

THE SALESMAN EXPLAINED THAT THE HIGH PRICE WAS BASED ON THE PRODUCT THAT THEY USED FOR THE SEAL COATING. HE SAID THAT THEY WOULD FILL SOME HOLES IN THE DRIVEWAY AND THAT ALL CRACKS WOULD BE COVERED. THE HOLES ARE STILL THERE AND I CAN STILL SEE THE CRACKS. THE SEAL COATING, ALTHOUGH IT LOOKS NICE, WAS NOTHING SPECIAL. I COULD HAVE DONE THE JOB MYSELF FOR ONE THIRD OF THE PRICE. I'VE LEARNED MY LESSON. I SHOULD HAVE SHOPPED AROUND.

VERY COURTEOUS. VERY CAREFUL, NEAT, AND TIDY-EVEN CLEANED ALLEY. ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. DID VERY GOOD WORK!!
