Delta End Inc

This was about as painless of a fix as I could hope for.

I bought a coupon for an on-line computer clean-up and repair. I then realized that I couldn't even get on line with my computer due to what was wrong. I emailed the company after midnight and the contact person was actually online and responded to me right away. He said I could either get a refund for the coupon or I could pay an extra $25 to have someone come, pick up my laptop and they would work on it at their office (the $25 would be required regardless if I dropped it off or they poopicked it up). Considering that it would have cost me more to go anyplace else, that Delta End had a good review from the list - and I was eager to get my machine working I said yes. A young man showed up in the morning and then I got an email that afternoon saying that they had fixed it - I had viruses and had accidently turned off some of the background programs. Someone came back with my machine that evening and it has worked well every since.

Everything was very straight forward and went smooth. There were some minor kinks that needed to be worked out, but that was on our end of things, not Dave's, because our office network was very old and had not been updated in a while. Dave is a very hardworking, reliable and trustworthy guy.

They were prompt a went beyond what was promised when I turned out to have some issues that needed further attention. They came back a second time to fix them free of charge. Totally unexpected! Now I need morehelp. I spilled a drink and fried mt hard drive! Smooooothe...

He tried to do all the work via remote. The computer would not respond in some instances. He came and got my computer and tested it all and found some of the memory was bad. Replaced it for $18. Returned my computer the next day.

I had trouble with my printer after contacting an on line computer repair that turned out to be a scam. I looked up computer repair in Angie's list and found Delta End. Called Dave, he returned my call right now!. We made an appointment,he called right on time and spent about three hours cleaning up my computer and printer. I am very happy with the results.

Service was wonderful. I am not very computer savvy, so I wasn't able to provide much insight into the situation; however,David was patient, friendly and easy to work with. He took the time to make sure the problem was fixed in the best possible way at the expense of more time for him. As an aside, this was an issue that tech. support at my company was not able to solve and had been trying to remedy for quite a while as it turns out.

I have an HP Pavilion laptop that?s 2.5 years old. MacAfee detected a virus that it cannot remove or quarantine, and the machine has been running slower and slower. I contacted David, received an immediate response and instructructions to get started. All the work was done remotely. I was amazed at the number of issues identified and resolved, and how much better it is running. Here's what he sent back: "We fixed a problem that was taking up an enormous amount of your CPU (2 problems actually), fixed a major issue with your Western Digital Hard Drive backup system, fixed a major issue which involved corrupted system files, removed 2 viruses, removed significant amounts of malware, fixed Windows Update by replacing two services which had been deleted by the viruses, updated Windows, updated Internet Explorer to version 9, cleaned up some Internet Explorer settings, recovered about 40Gb of disk space (I think there might have been an odd file we deleted which took up more space than it should have), updated iTunes and fixed an issue with that, updated Adobe Flash, Adobe Reader, Adobe Air, Java, Silverlight, and the .NET frameworks, removed your old anti-virus (it was broken anyway) and replaced it with a better free one (AVG Free), and defragged the computer."

Not great but that may not be my providers fault. The computer did not rebound much so I am not really sure weather I have a bad computer or weather the refresh dod not work. It would have helped to get some coaching /advice on my computer but I also realize that the service was for a remote refreash.

This company was very prompt and responsive over the phone. We set up a date and time for them to call and we did a remote login and they were able to increase the speed of my computer. I was very pleased with their service. It did not take them long at all.

My computer wasnt working so I contacted Delta's end. At first they tried to fix the computer remotely. He spent a lot of time online working on it but the problem was big enough that they had to physically get the computer...... so for an extra $20 they came out to my house picked up my computer, fixed it the next day and had it dropped off at my home.

I joined Angie's list with the express purpose of finding a qualified computer repair company and hit the jackpot when I contacted Dave at Delta End. He immediately diagnosed the problem, fixed it and made some adjustments thtat made accessing our wifi so much easier. He was professional, extremely knowledgable and an all around nice guy! I would absolutely recommend him for any computer needs you might have.

I was looking for a repair/tune up on my 5+ year old labtop. I didn't want to invest too much money considering how old it is. I was having problems accessing my itunes and my overall computer was sluggish. I purchased the $55 deal- for a remote tune up. I couldn't have been more happy with the overall service that was provided by David. He was able to fix and tune of computer, update all applications that needed it, my itunes works, and added a new FREE anti-virus on my computer. It was 100% worth the $55 and saved me from buying a new labtop for now. In addition to the amazing service I didn't have to lift a finger nor bring it to store or pick it up. The fact that this service is done remotely added the extra consumer service that I was looking for. I would use this company again, no questions asked! I did check around and other companies, including Geek Squad charge a lot more for the same service! Delta End, Inc is the place to use!

They were very courteous and quick. Everything was professional. I give them an A+. I definitely would use them again. They did an excellent job on getting my computers working again.

After I purchased the service on-line, David prompty contacted me to set up an appointment. He sent an e-mail with the remote acess tool to load with detailed instructions. After that, it was all done remotely and requred very little of my time. His directions are easy to follow and he takes it from there. I loved it. I hate dealing with computer issues and now I know who to call if I have problems in the future. Thanks Delta End.

I only wish I could give this company an A++. We are fairly computer-savvy, and had struggled for hours with trying to correct a problem that we thought must be caused by a sneaky computer virus (in spite of our up-to-date anti-virus software). In desperation, I went to Angie's List and looked for a computer repair company that could help us figure it out. After reading the reviews, I settled on Delta End, was delighted to see that they had a current "Big Deal" I could purchase, and decided to call them first to be sure the problem we were experiencing was something they would be able to help us with remotely. Since this was at 9:00am on a Saturday morning, I thought sure I would have to leave a message and wait to talk with someone on Monday ... but to my surprise, David Prinzing answered the phone! He assured me they would be able to help us and would be available later that same day to work on the problem. I purchased the "Big Deal" and felt a lot better about our situation just having talked with David for those few minutes. Later that day, David contacted us again and began the process of scanning the computer for viruses, malware, etc. and looking for the cause of the problem we were experiencing. On a very nice Saturday afternoon, he spent nearly 5 hours (at a reduced fee, remember) working remotely on our system. He communicated with us throughout the entire time and took care of not only the problem we were having -- but also made sure the computer was in the best possible operative condition before he handed it back over to us. The problem is completely resolved and the computer works better than it has since it was new. We couldn't be more pleased and relieved. Trying to find a reputable, trustworthy and affordable computer technician is always a daunting task for those of us who know just enough about software and hardware to be 'dangerous', and are really wary about who we hire to do this work. Although we were fortunate to happen up on a "Big Deal" to apply to this situation, we would have been just as satisfied with the experience had we paid the full rate. We will never need to look anywhere else when we have future needs for any of the services Delta End provides. Many thanks to David of Delta End, and kudos to Angie's List! Our older model PC was running very slowly and doing a number of quirky things such as inexplicably populating the tool bar with closed or unused documents and files. Delta End quickly analyzed the problem and corrected it, including finding a number of virus-like items in the hard drive. They went way beyond my expectations and repaired items on the computer including the hard drive, making recommendations for improving future performance, and upgrading our anti-virus software. I would definitely use Delta End again and will recommend them to anyone needing help on their PC. Delta End is very professional, thorough, responsive and easy to work with.

David was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Do NOT waste your time on computer or printer problems ever again! Pulling out your hair in frustration .. going crazy like I was doing! Finally I went to Angie’s List .. saw Delta End, Inc, (5225 Bryantwood Drive, Maple Plain, MN 55359) ..saw their good performance references. Called at 8pm on a Saturday night expecting to leave a voicemail for a call back. Got David! Told him my sad story of hours/days of trying to get my wireless printer back working. Could not believe how quickly he resolved the issue .. amazing! Solved remotely by a program of taking over my computer! I am back in production over a week end .. just wonderful service! I ABSOLUTELY will be calling him in the future with ANY computer issue .. I am SO grateful I found them .. just wish I’d known about him YEARS ago .. my computer frustration would have been eliminated LONG ago! Great Value for $50.00! Could have saved myself a lot of frustration if I'd known about them sooner! I fully intend to email all my friends with this information!

The process was smooth and painless. Dave was very professional, knowledgeable and patient, answering any questions. He established a sense of trust which was important to me giving someone access to my laptop remotely. I would definitely call Dave again for any future computer services.

Went really well. They were able to access my computer remotely and spent the better part of a day examining all the files and eliminating some spy ware and improving the efficiency. Felt the service was excellent and the price was great as well!

I clicked on the link to add the remote program and Dave was right there asking if it was OK to start working or was it better to wait? He started and finished the next day, after I e-mailed I was home he connected and finished.

Overall, I was very pleased with them but once they tore it apart it turned out the computer was refurbished and they needed a different cable than what they had ordered. They reordered it, so it took a lot longer than I thought, though it wasn't really their fault. It would have been nice if they could have looked into it sooner than they did, but they explained everything thoroughly and kept in touch. throughout.
