A small amount of time was needed to repair my PC and it was done NC!

They were awesome! Their prices were very reasonable. They went the extra mile by calling back and following up to make sure everything worked. They were fast. My PC was down for very little time and now works the way its supposed to.

My Windows PC was not powering up. I called Delta End around 11AM Thursday and explained the issue and they sent a tech out at 3pm the same day. The issue was a power supply that died. It was replaced and brought back to me the same day by 6pm. Later that evening I realized that my BluRay drive was not receiving power. I called them on Friday and explained the issue. They sent the same tech out who diagnosed and fixed the issue (drive connector failure) in about 30mins, for no additional charge. He happened to have the replacement part with him. Very professional, courteous, responsive and quick.

We were immediately impressed by their responsiveness to the call and they told us about how their service works. They promised to pick the computer up, hopefully fix it within twenty-four hours, and deliver it when they were finished. About an hour later (it's worth mentioning that it was a day before July 4) the worker came, basically identified the issue, which was not the motherboard, and took the computer. Later that day, we had been contacted, and he told us that he had fixed the issue, and would deliver the computer tomorrow morning, July Fourth. It was quick service. The representative was very friendly and efficient, considering he was the only person around on the fourth. It was an all-around good experience and we will definitely use this company in the future. I highly recommend them.

David reworked everything so I can come into my office and use every piece of equipment I had purchased over the last year to simplify my computer use. He hooked up the USB dock and installed all wireless equipment that I had managed to do partly--enough to make it work with a lot of hassle and cords. My desk is cleaner and more streamlined and I can now sit down and work without feeling like I'm entering a snake pit of cords or the aftermath of a tornado. His instructions were clear and simple and it has been over a month and I can still sit in my office and work, watch TV or a movie-he even hooked up my new TV/monitor and showed me how easy it is to use as a monitor or a TV. I would hire David again without any hesitation. I highly recommend him! He was professional, informative and knew exactly how to put together my computer system and integrate lots of previously unused new equipment. I had all the equipment laid out for him to put together. He knew just what to do and did it. Very efficient!

It was okay but he very cursory and wanted more money to do more things. He was able to do some stuff remotely, but he was not as thorough as I hoped he would be. It worked out as far as it went. They came two weeks after I had purchased the Big Deal and I did not spend more than the $55.

It was goood. It went very well. I did not go above and beyond for what i paid for originally. It was an Angie's List discount. The service was good and it went as planned.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was reasonably priced. The work generated some improvement but not as much as I would have expected. The technician was good. There was an extra charge for something extra that I asked for. I might use them again.

He worked at it until it was finish. He did a very good job. I would definitely use him again. I would also recommend them to others.

I have used Delta End twice over two years and am very pleased with the results and David Prinzing in particular fro the time he spends on the phone and the advice he offers while working.

They did get it running again! Not perfectly, but usable for a few months. New version of IE never worked correctly nor did sound. We seemed to have misunderstandings about the date and time of pick up and delivery. I think I got a lot of work out of them for the price so in that way it was a good value and they were very nice but I felt like I was the "little" customer that did not matter much.

Both of the upgrades and moving of data had their challenges and did not go as smoothly as Delta End had expected or hoped. What should have been a 24 hour job went into several days, and nights, with Delta consistently working to figure out what the issues were and how to fix it. The issues appear to have been with the programs running, making the work not routine. What was positive is that Delta End stuck with it, got on the phone with the programs administrators, including an employer proprietary scheduling program, and was successful ultimately with no loss of data.

Dave does a good job and is always available.

Technician provided service remotely at no charge as it took him less than ten minutes. When I need service, I will definitely call Delta End. If the computer couldn't be fixed remotely, they offer pick up and delivery service.

I think we spent a little bit more, but I don't remember as it was quite a while ago. I don't think there was a problem with it. They did a good job. The price was pretty good and very reasonable. We've got no complaints. He was on time.

Called Delta End 5/17/13 and told them about my problem. They were able to repair remotely which saved a huge amount of time taking my computer to some other location. David was friendly and knew exactly what to do. Was able to pay on the internet via credit cartd which helped too!

Things went fine, they did the work from their office without me having to take them my PC.

Great - I had a pretty simple problem which I didn't know how to resolve. Was nice to pick up the phone and get an experienced computer person to help me deal with the issue.

Whenever I try to reach Dave, he always responds promptly. He is very professional and helpful. He expains everything in layman's terms and makes it easy to understand the issue that he is resolving. I feel the prices are reasonable and I highly recommend him and his company.

This is my second time using them and again I am completely satisfied with their service. I would use them again and have recommended them to others.

We had some problems with our computer, things interfering with normal use. They fixed a procedural problem which took no time at all. They spent the rest of the time doing a clean up of the hard drive, eliminating excess baggage/programs added by the computer manufacturer, & doing other things that made the computer run significantly faster. The did this all remotely & easily. The deal was for an hour but they gave some extra time at no extra charge which was appreciated. I was a little apprehensive about it because I wasn't talking to someone in person but it was quite simple & effective.

They worked very hard until my problem was fixed.

I was having computer speed issues. I am not sure it got much better but is was better. Also suggested some Free Anti-virus which was great. Able to do everything remotely which was great as well. It is a little scary to let someone into your computer and never meet them but all worked out great. Thanks.

he phoned me and got me to bring my laptop on line and went through the night adjusting the LTnext day seemed tobe good but soon went down hill again and now just the same weather a bug in LT don't know but wish I had kept my money
