The service manager was top notch. Very good explanations, and accurate estimates. Everything was done on time. Only one quibble: the service crew could have been better at cleaning up after themselves. They were OK, but not great. I would give them a B on professionalism, only because the service crew didnt quite measure up to the rest of the operation. Still, I would highly recommend this company.

The project was completed on the scheduled day and in the time projected.

We had a hole open up in our yard and we were unsure whether it was an abandoned well. After calling several well services and receiving no calls back we called Bergerson and they came out and determined it was an uncapped well. He estimated $600 to cap it. We received one other estimate for $550 from another company. Although that estimate was cheaper we were concerned about the Angie's List comments about yard damage. So, we decided to go with Bergerson. Upon contacting them, they indicated they would be out the following week. When they hadn't come by Friday, we left a voicemail inquiring about timing. We received a call the following Monday that they would be out that day. They came out and did the work and other than the well being filled you wouldn't have known they were there. No yard damage even though they came after a few days of rain. They left the receipt in the mailbox as we asked and followed up with all the necessary paperwork for the city. Great!

Originally when Mark first came out, he told me the well removal would cost between $600-$800. He got me on the schedule for the following week and when the workers came out they were unable to easily remove the pipe in the ground because it was stuck. They ended up coming out a total of three times, and the third time they had to use a truck to pull it out. The service I received from this company was good, up until I saw the bill. I was shocked to see that my bill was $1,600, double the highest original estimate. At no time was I ever told that the well removal would cost more than double the original bid. I called Mark to express my dissatisfaction and he would not admit any wrongdoing, nor would he apologize. He was friendly, but did not resolve the situation to my satisfaction. I would call another company first before I would use Bergerson Casell again.

My well stopped working the night before I was to go out of town. I called Bergerson-Caswell after checking the list. They were able to get out to my house that day to fix the control box for my well. The tech, sorry but I have forgotten his name, also explained some steps I can take to avoid this problem in the future. I was very impressed with the service.

Everyone was on time and very courteous. Kris and Sam brought their own shop vacuum to keep things clean. Every thing was done quickly and efficiently with very little noise. The old tank and pump were taken by the company so I didn't have to worry about them. The best part, the final bill was over $140 less than the estimate!

Mark and his crew worked very well with me and my schedule. I flip properties and needed this property's well capped ASAP. Mark quoted me a price over the phone without even looking at the well. Other bidders spent a few days to get out to the property and then made me wait a few more days to actually get the bid. When Mark's crew got on site, they noticed there were actually two wells. This did not increase my cost. They did the work on time and cleaned up very well. They were great folks to work with, and I highly recommend them.

THIS COMPANY PROVIDED SERVICE ON A PREVIOUS SYSTEM AND RECENTLY INSTALLED A NEW SYSTEM. THEY ARE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HAVE CALLED FOR ADJUSTMENTS A FEW TIMES AND THEY ARE OUT THE NEXT DAY WITHOUT QUESTION. THE TECHNICIANS ARE VERY POLITE AND BUSINESS-LIKE. DAVE NEEDHAM HAS ALWAYS BEEN AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.
