Called for project to add main floor laundry, was advised they are not plumbers, this is listed incorrectly on Angie's list as a plumber. Do not call for plumbing needs as they do not provide those services. The gentleman I spoke to was polite and I am sure they provide great customer service, just not listed appropriately as a plumber.

We have used this company for almost 20 years. They have serviced our well more than once, even late at night on an emergency. They installed and maintained our iron filter, plumbed water back to our pole barn, installed automatic water systems for our horses. Every time they have done an excellent job. Their crew is outstanding and often we see the same guys. For inside work, they are respectful and always remove their shoes before walking on the carpet. Highly recommend.

I made two phone calls. Each time, the receptionist had told me that the irrigation department was unavailable and suggested that I leave a voicemail for them.. She assured me that the irrigation department checked voicemail each morning and returned all calls within one business day. So, I left two voicemails, probably a week apart. Never received a call back. Very disappointed, given my wonderful experience with the well division. I am currently looking for someone else to do the work.

I have worked in retail for over 30 years. I have never written a review in my life. I had to write this one after the incredible service I received. I called the main office on Friday at 4:45 and Gary had already left but Bobby asked about my situation and gave me his cell number. I didn't expect to hear back but wanted service by Monday. Anyway, Gary calls me back after 5:30 on Friday night and then proceeds to tell me how to check things myself. Long story short is I was able to fix it myself. Now, some would say they didn't make money on that call. However, I will always use them in the future and tell all my neighbors about the experience. It was also so good that I am writing my first review ever. So, if you are looking for some work done from a fair company I am strongly endorsing Bergerson-Caswell! Thank you Bobby and I really want to say Gary restored my faith in what great service is all about!

Before scheduling this service I asked about damage to the lawn - what would be the extent of it if any as we were considering waiting until the ground was harder (Fall-ish). I was ASSURED that there would be no damage and that mats would be laid down to prevent any damage. Well...the pump works, but...we have 120 sq ft of dead grass from whatever was on the mats as well as some odd shaped circle-ish dead spots where the guys were working, leading me to believe they dumped something on the grass and the mats were contaminated. I called to ask about this, got no return phone call, called again and got several answers ranging from the temperature that day was too hot to WE did something to make it die. It has been over a week and no calls back, no offers of any remedy, nothing. In addition to killing grass we have paid thousands of dollars to get prestine, they broke an outside spicket and tore my mailbox off its pole (backed into it, hooked it and kept driving). So while yes, the pump works, I would be VERY cautious about hiring a company that leaves a job site in worse condition than how they found it.

The well suddenly lost pressure so there was no water in the house. I called Bergeson who did the original work. They looked at the pump and determined it was a bladder problem. They were extremely knowledgeable and also made sure I didn't pay for services I didn't need.

From start to finish they were professional all the way and helpful! The pricing was very fair. Especially since we are a 2 woman household we did not feel we were being taken advantage of in the slightest. I cannot say enough of this company, I only wish more companies would take a lesson from Bergerson-Caswell Inc.

They're an exceptional company! We used them for 15-20 years. If I still had the same home I would absolutely use them again. I can't say enough good things about them. I passed their name on to the people that bought my house, and I'd absolutely recommend them to others. They were great about coming out immediately if I had any issues on my 5 acres. They're a very personable, timely, superior company! You just won't find that kind of customer service anymore.

Overall, it went pretty well. I would definitely use them again for wells. Their prices were reasonable and I'm always willing to pay for quality. I would absolutely recommend them. However, the division that does lawn irrigation was unresponsive and I ended up using someone else.
