They do very good work and I would use them again. They didn’t explain the work too much but I was overall happy with them and I’d recommend them.

Great. Actually gave us a bid a year earlier and we had to delay the work. Called them again and they kept their bid, scheduled the worked promptly, everyone was professional, arrived on time, completed the work with their expertise in the time and cost estimated. Just great to work with.

They installed a 5 zone irrigation system with a wireless controller and rain sensor. They were right on with the coverage to not only our lawn, but they took the time and care to make sure my gardens were covered too. Gary, took the time to show my husband how to operate the controller for auto on and off along with how to override it. Also, showed him where the instructions were, just in case he forgot what he told him. Very professional!

UH-May-zing. Mark was a true professional in every sense. He was over-scheduled and many miles away but he managed to completely solve my problem remotely! Hooray!

These guys were very quick to come out and diagnose our problem. They had to completely replace a well pump and had it done the same day!

Our water went out on a Monday morning and Bergerson Caswell came out right away and attempted to fix the well pump. The pump broke apart and they had to dig a new well. That took 2 days. Every person that we worked with in this company was very nice and explained the process as they went along. I would highly recommend this company.

We called mid afternoon to ask someone to come out, as we had no water. They were able to come after 4:30, and showed up by 5PM. They were here about an hour, and checked everything, determined that pump must have failed. They couldn't complete, as not enough daylight, so returned about 7AM next morning. They were able to access well and remove pipe and pump by hand, in order to not drive over the garden, and since porch overhang would have interfered with equipment. They explained everything as they went, removed the pipe, and the pump, which was over 45 years old! The pumped out the well to remove some of the debris, and put the pump in a bit deeper than it had been previously. They also put on a pressure gage. They got the system back up and running, and also shocked the well, since it had been opened. It took the two men over 4 hours to complete the job. It was great to have things done quickly! The estimate they gave me was within a few dollars of the final price, even though they needed to use a different size pump which was more expensive, and they removed everything by hand instead of machine.

Quick phone response, they were flexible with service appt. to meet my schedule. Jeff (the technician) was a real pro. Well was over 60 years old and everything was frozen with rust, but he worked hard to get the job done right. This was a real pleasure because another well company had told me I needed a new submersible pump for $3400. An enthusiastic recommendation for Bergerson-Caswell.

The pump in my well went out on Tuesday. I realized it about 9 pm Tuesday night when I got home and I left a message on their system, which they quickly responded to. They had everything fixed by end of day Wednesday. So give them an "A+" for responsiveness. Since my pump was 20 years old, pump technology has changed just a bit. They spent 20 minutes explaining the pros and cons of the new technology, and never once made me feel like an idiot. Very simply, they do what they say they are going to do. In my experience, that alone puts them in the 99th percentile. These comments are based on conversations I had with at least 3 different people, which tells me it is part of the DNA of the company and not simply the DNA of the 1 person I happened to talk to.

It went great overall. Would definitely use them again to provide this service...although we don't have another well on our property! They were very courteous on the phone and Jeff was great to work with.

I switched to this company about 4 years ago. We were out of the country and received a call from our son that something was wrong with our water! I called the company we'd dealt with previously, who kind of put me off and gave me an outrageous quote of what the issue "might" be. After returning home, I looked in the phonebook and recognized this company's name from when my mom needed work done when I was a kid. I called, and the guy I spoke with was nice, informative, and made an appointment to check out the problem that day. That issue was a much bigger one than this one, but it sold me on Bergerson-Caswell as our go-to well company!

They were very good and did a fine job. They have tested our water as well.

Overall, things went well except that I thought they should have sealed the hole around the pipe which still sticks up about 6 inches in the pump room, but they said no. So now we will have to do that with concrete or something.

Terrible. The company does NOT follow the recommended chlorination proceedure from Minneasota Dept of Health - they claim their procedure is just as good. They did work for only 15 minutes (and then spent 10 mins writing the bill) and did NOT do a well inspection. They also dropped bleach/chlorine pebbles on our yard. I am totally unsatisfied. $250 for 15 mins of work? And they have bleach all over our yard? I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

Called one morning and said I needed it done before my patio was put in the next day. They pulled the well that afternoon and sealed it the next morning. Fantastic! Couldn't have been any more responsive.

Don't recall exact price but great experience w/ this company. Excellent professionalism and communication from first phone call through performance of service. Highly recommend them. Had never used them before

I found them to be reliable. Their price was lesser in comparison to the others. I was satisfied with the quality of service and will continue to use them in future.

I called a week ahead (but after hours) to make an appointment for the following week when I knew my husband would be home, as he had some specific questions I knew I wouldn't properly convey. Mark called back promptly the next morning and we set an appointment for the following week. When the time came, he didn't show, and I gave some leeway since I know that services don't always run on schedule if the last person's issue had some unexpected twists. Finally, I called the office and was given his cell phone. I got ahold of him, and he came very quickly. He had been checking with his crew on an emergency that wasn't too far from our house. Not sure if it was critical, or we got forgotten, but either way the final outcome was fine. Once he arrived, he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
