The job went very well. Did not leave a mess and provided some additional education on the best way to care for a wood burning fireplace.

I scheduled an appointment and set aside my time to be home for the 4 hour window they gave me. The person showed up and put all the equipment through my house and the equipment didn't work. He said he would reschedule the appointment. 2 weeks went by and no one from the company reached out me to reschedule or apologize. I called to check on getting them back out to clean and asked for a discount for the service due to the inconvenience and the manager was rude and told me to find another company because they can't control when the equipment breaks. I was ready to spend $400 for an ultimate cleaning and they made no effort to obtain my business. Overall very poor customer service.

They did an excellent job. There were no additional charges. They were right on time and they were very professional. I would recommend them.

Ben Roberts did our furnace cleaning. He was excellent!!! He also recommended cleaning our chimney to improve the furnace efficiency. He said they typically recommend chimney cleaning every 10 or so years. I usually doing a cleaning every year or so and had had noticed a build up of particles around the furnace and that's what got me going on the furnace cleaning this year so I'm glad he suggested adding it!!!

Every thing went very well. They called promptly to set up an appointment. Showed up on time and did a great job. Answered any questions we had. Would hire again if a similar deal was offered next year.

Scheduling was easy. On the day of Kris called ahead. When he got here he was friendly, honest, removed his shoes in the house, and able to get everything done in a little over an hour. He could tell there had been pets from the previous owners from all the fur that he saw, and even with the industrial vacuum running out to his van our furnace filter captured an amazing amount of dust. So glad we did this - hoping it helps our sinuses!

I had my air ducts cleaned along with my dryer vents. Nick was professional, communicative, punctual (even on a snow day!) and knowledgable (he said he had been in the business for I believe 15 year!). He explained everything he was doing and showed me how nasty my duct work was. He also took the time to educate me on a few things. I was very happy with their work!

We were outside the service area. I wish Angie's list had done a better job of screening for services that actually were in my area. To get them to my home it was another $85 service charge above what I paid for on Angie's list. I chose to not use the service and request a refund.

The whole experience exceeded my expectations. It was very easy to make an appointment. The technician awas prompt and efficient. He explained what is was doing and finished ahead of schedule.

He determined that our chimney was clean, and did not need cleaning, so they didn't do it (and didn't charge me). He cleaned the dryer vent, which really needed it. And he also determined that doing a duct cleaning was not necessary - which would have been $100. He said we could do nothing, or offered me a furnace cleaning for $40. I took the furnace cleaning, and he showed me how to do a simple repair that we have had to hire someone to do more than once! My initial quote was for $200 plus tax, and my final bill was only $100! The only thing I noticed was that I have a lot of dirt and dryer lint left in the laundry room after the cleaning, however, I'm not sure how he would have avoided that. He did vacuum up most of it, and I'd much rather have some on my floor and counter than in the dryer vent!

He was prompt and explained as he worked. It took about 15 minutes. Another company told me it needed to be cleaned. Twin Cities Furnace told me it was not too dirty. I know I paid for the trip and time but for 15 minutes it seemed pricey. But I'm glad to have the peace of mind of the chimney being clean.
