Beyond disappointing. I decided to purchase the Ultimate Air Duct Cleaning Service because we had never had our ducts cleaned in the 7 years of living in the house and the representative recommended it. The rep sold me on the benefits of the ultimate package and how the other packages would not suffice because if we purchased a lesser package it could cause more dust to fly through our vents. Additionally, I was enticed by the before and after picture - especially after seeing the one listed on their website. What I discovered was that our vents were in much better shape and did not need that ultimate package (per the technician). Additionally, our technician, Kris, showed up with an iphone as his "camera." He said that was the extent of the pictures whatever his iphone could take. I have attached some samples of the photos I received. Needless to say I was disappointed. After his service, I noticed he left trails of dust from all the vents he opened and had to clean all my surfaces over again. In addition, all my vents were left open so we had to attach them all back on our own- only to find out that most of them are now broken and cannot be properly shut. I don't know why this company has received such good reviews. I will never use this company again and would urge anyone against paying for the upgraded service.

Was advised to upgrade the level of cleaning after arrival of tech since the ducts had never been cleaned before. Feel the info on the website was misleading regarding the pricing. The tech did a great job, was thorough, courteous, and respectful of house. It's expensive.
