It went so bad with the customer service, the worst of worst I have ever seen. For sure this company DOES NOT deserve all these high reviews!!

Well. Did not try to upsell me to more services. Said the basic service was all that was needed.

They were easy to schedule with and prompt on the day of service. They did a great job at a fair price and left no mess behind when the job was done. I've kept their information because we will use them again the next time we need our ducts cleaned.

Tech that provided the service was extremely friendly and professional. After work was done there was a noticeable improvement in air flow through the house.

Everything went very well. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the gentleman who cleaned our vents, but he was very knowledgeable and described everything that would be done. We couldn't have been more pleased with how everything came out!

The worst experience and nightmare I could ever imagine! Prior to hiring, I called and asked about their process to make sure it would not make a mess of our new home. The receptionist explained the process and that all the vents would be covered and that there would be no mess to our house, as it should be! We even ordered the advanced air duct cleaning being we new the house had been recently renovated from top to bottom, and as we had just purchased the house we did not know the last time they had been cleaned. The receptionist agreed that this was the best option for our situation. The technician did not cover any of the vents and blew everything that was inside the vents into our entire house! My father was home at the time and even asked him what he was doing because the air was completely filled and he actually had to go outside to breathe! The technician did not respond, instead he started opening all the windows in the house and tired blowing the air out the windows! The house was covered from top to bottom in thick dust, dirt, and construction debris that had been in the vents. Prior to the air duct cleaning, the entire house had been cleaned top to bottom, prior to moving in. We had completely moved in so our beds, clothes, linens, pillows, furniture, toddler toys, everything were completely coated. It even seeped into all of our cupboards onto clean dishes and food in the pantry! I can not begin to describe the complete mess we had on our hands. When we finally got in contact with the owner and his response was that he will not charge us for the cleaning and that was it! We forced him to pay for a cleaning and he acted like we were being ridiculous and tried to negotiate with us. He even tried to accuse us of over exaggerating and said that the house was already dirty! We asked him multiple times to come out and see the damage and air quality for himself, but he refused. The air was filled with dust and dirt for a few days after the disaster. Our lungs and noses burned from breathing in the terrible air quality. We should not have even stayed in the house considering I was 8 month pregnant and had a 21 month old son! I cried a lot of tears over everything that was happening! Instead of spending the weekend preparing for the new baby, we cleaned over and over and over again but it just continued to settle and within an hour you could not even tell we cleaned. We had a professional cleaning done a week after the disaster and now a few weeks later, we still have dust continuously covering everything within a day of cleaning, which tells me the ducts are still dirty! I would highly encourage everyone to stay away from this company! Even after everything they put us through, there was no concern or care for what they had done. We are now left worse off than before and still need to hire a GOOD company to properly clean our vents. We had to have a furnace technician come out and re-clean and check our furnace, which had already been done prior to this disaster already. The furnace tech could not believe what he saw! We have told others about this experience and have heard that this is not the first time they had heard something like this has happening with this company. Don't be fooled by their reviews, this could happen to you!

Prompt reliable service. Reached out to us the next day after our initial contact. After dryer vent cleaning, our dryer runs like new. Would definitely use again.

Called on a Monday afternoon; was able to get someone out Tuesday morning. Ben showed up right on time and was able to finish a whole duct cleaning (the upgraded version) in less than two hours. Very professional and courteous; will definitely use them in a couple years again.

During the first appointment that was made, the technician told us that the location of our furnace made it impossible for him to use the equipment he had. He further indicated that a portable unit would be needed to clean our ducts and that the company had only one technician equipped with a portable unit. We had to call back to reschedule the appointment with the portable unit technician. After several rescheduling attempts, the technician arrived and did a great job. He arrived on time, performed the work within the estimated time, and cleaned up after himself. We would definitely use Twin City Furnace Cleaning again and recommend them to others.

Did a good job on fireplace but couldn't do the furnace because we have a boiler rather than forced air. Scheduler didn't ask and I didn't know to distinguish that.

Bought service through angie's list. Needed chimney swept before having a gas insert installed. Insert guys are here complaining about how filthy the chimney is, saying that it doesn't even look like it's been cleaned.

Perfect!! Evaluated and replaced burned out part, added coolant, provided wonderful advice for continued maintenance and future plan to maintain or consider replacement.

It went well. The chimney wasn't the issue, it was the vent outlets for the gas fireplace and the real fireplace are at the same height so the real fireplace smoke was getting sucked down the gas fireplace vent. The worker advised me to either extend the gas fireplace vent or rig something to deflect the smoke from going down the gas vent.
