Very friendly and seemed quite honest about the work required. Offered a few upgrades but not a high pressure sales situation.

The professional arrived on time (which is huge for me). He was professional and quick. We did upgrade to the next level of service given that the tenants had animals (unallowed) and smoke various items in the house (also not allowed).

Great! Company called me to set up an appointment after I purchased coupon through Angie's list. Explained to me what the service was and that there would be an additional $50 charge because my vent in on the roof. I was not surprised because I had been notified of this even before the phone call. Provider told me what he was going to do. Afterwards he told me what he had found. Provider was 100% professional and personable. He called and asked if he could come earlier than appt time. I would definitely use this company again.

Twin City did an awesome job. I left then alone for the morning and walls clean duct throughout the house. Before and after pictures were a great help.

Went great. Serviceman called ahead and asked if he could come earlier which worked out just fine for me. The ducts were really filthy as viewed from each room and they were spotless afterwards.

Unfortunately, it wasn't a tune up we needed, but actual repair. He was great though, he cleaned out part of the unit (cotton wood is horrid around here). Being as the tune up wasn't what we needed, he only charged a $20 trip fee (which I felt was very reasonable). He was polite, punctual (even a tad earlier than expected). I will absolutely call them when it's time for a furnace check up and duct cleaning. 6/18/2015 I'm back to amend my review. I would not use this provider in the future. The information I was given yesterday was not correct. The repair company came today and informed me that the unit I was told was working yesterday was in fact seized and had not been working. I mentioned to him that the gentleman out yesterday had cleaned out the cottonwood gunk, he said he was sorry to inform me, but there was no sign any cleaning had been done the day before.

Very happy with this experience, and would gladly use TWFC again. Dave was very friendly, and good at explaining what he was doing, needed to do, and with suggestions for ways in which things can run more efficiently. The Angie's List offer was for a basic air duct cleaning, but in talking with Dave about how long it had been since ours had been cleaned, on the spot we upgraded the type of cleaning he performed (for an additional fee). I was more than happy to do that, and he was truly open to whether or not I wanted to upgrade; I didn't feel any pressure from him to do that. He also suggested, based on how things looked, that he clean the furnace and the flue. Again, he put no pressure on me, but I was comfortable having that work done, and having the work done by him. I actually wish I would've had him also clean the dryer vent while he was here, but I will for sure be contacting TWFC to do that. The Angie's List offer was $99.00, but with the services I upgraded and added on the day of, the total went up to about $300.00, leaving me with a bill that day for about $200 (with the $99 deal having already been paid). Dave was very considerate in regards to our home, and making sure there was no dirt, dust, or mess left behind. I would gladly use TWFC again, and recommend them to anyone.

It was the second time that Kris came out to our house as we used this company the previous year to clean all of our house vents. He remembered being at our house and the services that we had done the year before. Kris did another amazing job. He is a very nice and professional guy. We recommended this company after the first visit and will definitely be recommending them more.

The visit went very well. Dave was punctual and kept me updated with an accurate ETA for his arrival. Dave was thorough and able to answer all of my questions, providing advice and recommendations without the pushiness so commonly seen with other HVAC and chimney service providers. I would definitely contact Dave and the team at Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning for future service needs.

We bought a house built in 1997 in February. We had always had annual/bi-annual furnace duct cleanings done at our previous house so we wanted to make sure this house was squeaky clean when we moved in. I found that the company we had previously used was no longer in business. I checked on Angies list since we bought a discounted annual membership & we found Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. They were on time, did a great job of explaining everything they were doing & we would definitely use them again. We did upgrade the furnace duct cleaning from the deal being offered on Angies list since to an advanced cleaning. It cost about $100.00 more than the deal being offered for the basic cleaning but it was well worth it.

I expected a different type of cleaning - they did it using a blower & a lot of dust got into the house, which I was trying to avoid by having the ducts cleaned. I've had them cleaned a different way previously - using a vacuum & some brushes that go deep into the vents, this is what I was expecting. Overall, no problem with the service they provided, it just wasn't what we were expecting.

From the moment I bought the deal on Angie's list - they phoned me probably within 10-15 minutes. It took me a bit to get back to them and set an appointment, but they did that quickly - in the same week, and gave me a 2 hours window and called ahead to let me know they were on their way, and actually were early. Dave was very nice and knowledgeable and extremely efficient! I would highly recommend them and will use their services again!

He called right at the beginning of the appointment window and told me he'd be there in 30 minutes or so, and got there exactly at the promised time. He went right to work, and was able to show me lots of useful things with my system (I just bought the house, so I'm still trying to find everything). After looking at the ducts, he recommended a deeper cleaning on the ducts, which seemed justified to me. All in all he explained everything incredibly well, gave me estimates on how long some of the equipment will last, and did a fantastic job cleaning the ducts!

He checked my furnace and suggested the next step to take in preparing to get a new furnace.

As I mentioned above, Ben was fantastic! He got the job done and made sure there was no mess in the house. He is very professional, personable and enjoyable to talk with. We won't hesitate to have him come out again (although it would be 3-4 years from now). We also asked Ben for a card that we could provide to our Association Board President in the hopes that the Board would contact Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning to see if something could be worked out for our complex.
