Cleaning service was very good! Ben came and explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate of how long it would take (about 2 hours). He was very thorough with each supply and return vent, making sure to check for dampers in the duct as well. Throughout the process, he was very courteous with making sure to be careful around furniture as well as notify me when he would be changing rooms so I could get my daughter away from the noise. When everything was done, he took the time to explain to me what was done, any findings from cleaning the furnace, and recommendations on when to clean again and what service to request. Ben did a great job cleaning up after finishing as well.

Everything went well. The service was great, everything was explained to me and completed in a timely manner. I will definitely have them come out again when I need work in the future.

They scheduled a convenient time to meet me for an estimate and the work was scheduled and completed within a week. They were professional to deal with and the masons were quick (taking only 2-1/2 hours) in getting the work completed. I would highly recommend them for chimney repairs.

I purchased the coupon online for the chimney cleaning, and when I called for an appointment, I was given the same discount for the HVAC duct cleaning as well. The service man was very courteous and efficient.

Tech was great. We finished a large restore of an older home and he cleaned all of the ducts and vents very well. It took 4hrs and he worked! In some of the vents there was over a 1/2" of dirt and dust.

I was lucky to get a shorter-notice appointment. Roy came out and was very polite and thorough. As a first time home buyer, I was very grateful that he took the time to "show me around" the furnace and answer my questions regarding how the systems works, how to use my programmable thermostat, etc. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

That was okay. I have not had the ducts cleaned so I cannot compare their service. But there were major points like he tried to up sell me and the last one was something that I felt should have been included in the price. Because he showed me the big pile of the dust inside my furnace that he said was there which I don’t think it was, and that looks like as a result of cleaning the ducts. He charged me an extra $60 to clean that. However, the price was fine.

Everything was great. I wasn't here, my husband was. I believe they were all very nice and easy to work with. I don't hear any complaints from my husband. The price was good since it was a coupon.

It was fine. Everything was fine. They said that we didn’t need to have any work done and we have another 50 or 60 fires before we need to have it looked into again. They were fine. He was very friendly, nice, honest and told us that we didn’t need stuff that needed to be fixed. It was great.

He stuck with the $69 deal. That was really good. He did it well. He was very personable. I am completely satisfied with him. For what they are doing and for what they are preventing , the price is good. The quality is excellent. I will definitely use him again.

We called to have them do a cleaning and inspection of our chimney. However when they arrived they said that our flue was broken and they could not clean or inspect it until we had it fixed. They apparently don't do any repairs such as this themselves. Incredibly disappointing waste of time. I would have called someone else had I known this was a possibility.

I was 100% happy with this experience. We had used TCFC before to do air duct cleaning, and this is the company I will call for any vent or duct cleaning to be done. I ordered my dryer vent cleaning via Angie's List on a Saturday. Within an hour, I received a call from TCFC saying they saw my order, and wanted to get us on the schedule! I called back the same day, and they had an opening for us 2 business days later. Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the woman I spoke to on the phone, but she was very friendly. Nick came out to do the cleaning the day we had scheduled, and was even early--he called first to make sure it was alright to arrive early. He was friendly, professional, fast, and informative. The deal was $69, and all I owed at the time of the service was the tax on it. There was nothing about this entire purchase or experience that was less than an A+! Thank you, TCFC!!

service was good but he would not reconnect my dryer to vent due to the fact that it was enclosed-meaning I had to go to the store, but vent tape and reconnect it myself... HUGE BUMMER!!

Kris called to see if he could come early, a nice surprise over the expected two-hour window I'd been given when making the appointment (an appointment made promptly and easily after my Angie's List deal purchase). Kris is a nice young man who came in, viewed the situation, got to work and quickly finished. He even got rid of the accumulated dryer vent on my walkway. The entire experience could not have been better.
