Excellent service. The person that did the work explained everything, made recommendations on what else was needed and updated me when he completed the job. He let me know that the furnace needed cleaning and I asked if his company cleaned furnaces he said yes and he had time to do it same day. I liked that. He was efficient and very personable. I would recommend this company to others. Great job.

Good, but asked for $50.00 more to clean furnace which he said became dirty as a result of duct cleaning. plus tax on the $89.00 and the 50.00. I thought the 89.00 price listed included the tax. He said furnace might clog up if he didn't clean it for 50.00.

It went very well. Roy the technician was very friendly and courteous. He called to say he got a little behind schedule and to give me an updated ETA. He was not actually late, well within this window of time I was given when scheduling, but called me nevertheless to let me know when he was arriving. Very professional! Roy got everything done in under 20 minutes. And Dale who took the service request was also very helpful with his advice. Will definitely use Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning again!

The young man that came out was wonderful. He did not get the details that he needed to clean from the chimney down as there was a fireplace insert in the fireplace. It had snowed and was very slippery and the young man did not have the ladder or the proper shoes to get up there to clean. We apologized and we set up another date that worked for both of us and he returned on that date and time.

It went well. He was on time, respectful, clean and organized and very efficient at getting the job done.

Bought an Angie's List deal for chimney cleaning. It was super easy to schedule and work was prompt and efficient. I would use them again.

Company has nice easy people to speak with, but the service was not what i expected, I have recieved better service from other vendors at the same price. My chimney was cleaned from the inside out but to what degree I do not know. The chimney was not inspected above and the cap was not inspected. I suspect no blockage but there is no way of telling because he did not inspect on the roof. Hopefully no leaves or animal nests. I will have to do that myself (I thought I was paying for that and feel I received a failed service.)

It was fine. It was not a memorable customer experience. The people who were here were great. They took their shoes off. They were friendly and on time. They did a great job. I'd hire them again. It ended up being more. They're honest about their pricing. They were here when they're supposed to be.

The tech did a poor job, I shouldn't need to be cleaning my fans on a weekly to simply get the dust and dirt off my fans because it is still blowing dust and dirt through my house.

Good. Fast. Job was finished in about 10 minutes. I clean my dryer vent out after every load. This service was to ensure there was no build up deeper in the vent to prevent a fire risk. This was the first time I completed this task since purchasing the drying five years prior. Date of service is an estimate. I don't remember the exact date the service was completed.

Excellent, we would use them again. Ben was right on time .Gave a great explanation for everything he was doing. He did show us what was cleaned out of our vents.

For the most part it went really well. Company came out and gave me a bid right away. Took pictures so I could see the damage without going on the roof. They have one person who does all of their chimney repair work apparently. He was very good, but very busy. Had to schedule out a couple of weeks which was okay. It said he would come at 1 p.m., but came at 6 p.m. But he did a really great job when he was here. Worth the wait! They were much more thorough then another company that gave me a bid. The other company totally missed the cracked tiles and loose bricks. I would hire them again, just anticipate a little wait. But worth it!

Our chimney was leaking water into the house so we knew we needed the chimney to be repaired. We had called around to different companies but most were either booked far in advance or wanted to charge just to come and inspect the chimney. They replaced the crown and the damaged flue tile, and then they installed a new chimney cap. The whole process took about 3 hours. They were quick and efficient, and, best of all, our chimney didn't leak when a torrential rain storm blew through the area the next evening.

they responded to every call, even on a sunday. first person to my house did chimney cleaning. I think he was a subcontractor to Twin Cities Furnace. I saw on his truck that they offered duct cleaning. He did not pressure me into anything but did point out that Twin Cities Furnace was having a sale on many services. I bought and scheduled air duct cleaning. The second people to my house showed up, worked fast, were very nice, done. Will definetly use them again.

He gave us a lot of information about our fireplace which was helpful as we just moved into the house. Dave the technician called prior to his visit as promised. He arrived on time and went to work immediately. He kept the work area clean and worked efficiently. He showed me the soot/creosote recovered from cleaning the chimney. He encouraged me to have the chimney cleaned annually due to heavy use and to avoid fire risk due to flammable build up. He was friendly and honest and unlike other services I have used did not try to upsell me for other products or services. He simply asked that I remember them next time I need to schedule this kind of service. I certainly will. Their price is reasonable and service is reliable. Very pleased.

It went well. The technician seemed very competent and knew what he was doing. He was a pleasant person to deal with. I would recommend them and I'll have them back in two years for just the basic duct cleaning.

It went well! We had just remodeled our house and have a baby on the way. They cleaned out our vents and although I was concerned that they might leave quite the mess (shoes in the house, etc) they were as clean as possible. There was a tiny bit of dust afterwards, but I completely expected that as we had just completed a massive remodel, so it was actually nice to see it come out of the ducts! Price was right and they were extremely professional as well!

Moved into new house and had clogged vent. Called them and used Angie's list deal. They came and inspected and told me it was clogged by insulation as the ducts had separated in their run through the basement ceiling. Since they couldn't fix the clog (not a simple rejoining as they tried that) they said no charge and I should contact Angie's list for a refund. While I really appreciated the honesty and offer, I chose not to ask for a refund because they came out and did what they could. And it was so nice to have a service be so forthright!
