The individual arrived on time. He noticed the cap was missing and notified my wife of this. He was helpful in answering questions about care and maintenance of the chimney.

It was great. The guy showed up on time, was professional and efficient. He cleaned the chimney, inspected it and put on a chimney cap. I couldn't ask for anything more.

On time, happy with the price and service - my only suggestion would be to bring a clean sheet as an underlay for the tarp he puts down to protect the floor. The whole process took less than a half hour. Our chimney had very little build up or smoke smell before the cleaning - will use again

Exceeded my expectations. The person who answered the phone was polite and followed up very quickly on a voice mail I left. The price made me nervous compared to a couple other quotes I got, but they did a great job. Came out the same day because they happened to have someone already in the area. The guy that came was clean, professional and knowledgable. For the price, could not ask for more. Highly recommended.

Everything went well; the guy did an excellent job. In a couple of the rooms, we were having trouble getting the rooms cool during summer and warm during the cold winter months. However, after the service both rooms are now comfortable.

I never knew there could be that much lint trapped in a dryer line! They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

Technician was prompt and professional. He located all of the vent and air returns before starting the cleaning process and gave advice on keeping the system clean.

It was excellent! Roy answered all my questions! We just moved into this home two years ago. When he started to clean the air ducts, it was obvious, the vents were filthy. No one had, according to Roy, cleaned the air ducts since the home was build. I had asked him for a more intense cleaning than the limited cleaning for $89.00. I plan to continue to follow up with this company in future cleanings! The experience was beyond my expectations!

I'm not really sure that anything was actually done - we weren't home to greet them and when we called to ask if the chimney had actually been swept they couldn't say for sure but said if a receipt was left in the mailbox/door then the work was done. There was not a single speck of dust in the house afterwards so either our chimney was extremely clean, or the work wasn't performed.

Great service experience We moved in over a year ago and wasn't sure when the ducts had been cleaned last Bought TC Furnace Cleaning on the Deals section and they showed up promptly and were very professional with their work. They also talked me into additional viper cleaning and furnace cleaning as it looked like the ducts hadn't been cleaned ever The work has seemed to make a difference - less dust, less sneezing.

My husband and I recently bought our first house, and the previous owners were less than tidy. We had a hunch neither had been cleaned in the 12+ years they lived here. Dane was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone in explaining the process and different options based on what the technician might find. The following week Dave showed up within the scheduled window and even gave a courtesy "heads-up" call when he was about 20 minutes away. Dave was wonderful! Very polite and extremely knowledgable on all things furnace and air duct related. I quickly upgraded to the Ultimate Cleaning option based on the horrible state of the air ducts per Dave's photos. Although I chose to upgrade, I did not feel at all pressured to buy into a pricier option. Based on the evidence at hand, it just made sense. It took about 2 hours to complete cleaning every single air duct/vent in our home and the furnace. The after pictures were remarkable. Our house even smells better! Dave recommended just a basic cleaning within the next 2-4 years to keep them clean. Overall, it was extremely easy and pleasant experience!

The technician arrived within the given timeframe and called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was very friendly and professional. He did a good job of cleaning the chimney and was conscious about dust particles getting everywhere and did his best to vacuum the dust and other ash as it came out of the chimney. When he was done he did an excellent job of cleaning up, I couldn't even tell he had been there. He even clean out the bottom and inside of the fire box. The bottom of the fire box was cleaner then when he arrived!! Appointment took less then 30 minutes. I'm not sure a any kind of inspection was actually done though. I didn't watch the entire time so I can't say for sure. He didn't provide any recommendations but maybe none were needed. Overall a good experience!

Home had never had furnace, air exchanger or duct work cleaned since it was built 10 years ago. I noticed how dusty my furniture was after moving in. They found tons of sheet rock dust in the furnace so it definitely needed it.
