They did all they said they would and did it well. They kept us in the loop about when the job would be done and the approximate time the tech would be out to do the job. It got delayed a day but that was because of rain and they called us to let us know the job would be done the next day. Photos of before and after were provided to show what needed work/repairs/replacing and then the finished product. There was even a price reduction as they were able to repair something that originally was expected to need more comprehensive work. All in all, a great job done. I would definitely use them again!

My chimney didn't have a lot of burned material on it, so it went very quick.

It took him longer to bring in his stuff than it did for him to do the cleaning. He was done in 10 minutes. It was a 9 inch pipe so he said it was easy but I felt that is was too easy. He was a pleasant person and answered my questions.

We scheduled an appointment to have our chimney cleaned. Kris came to our house at the time scheduled. He took care to ensure that our living room stayed clean even though the chimney had lots of messy buildup. He was polite and answered our questions. My experience with them went okay, not great. They do more exterior tuckpointing work and my job was interior. It's not as neat of a job as it could have been.

The vent was full and he got it completely open and the dryer has been functioning better since his visit.

Chris called 20 minutes before he arrived giving me an ETA, which is appreciated. He cleaned my fireplace and chimney. He was professional, courteous, and easy to work with.

We used TC Furnace Cleaning to inspect and clean our chimneys and boiler last year and purchased the chimney cleaning deal again this year. We were very happy with their services this year, but were less than impressed this time. I spoke to one of their admin when scheduling and asked a few questions about boiler cleaning and repair. I was assured that the service person coming to the house would be able to make a recommendation on services/cleaning for our boiler and that they would have time to do so on the spot if we went ahead with any recommendations. Instead, the gentleman arrived at our home (right on time which was great) got up on our roof and immediately came down to tell us we needed to cap off our chimney and we needed to reschedule with someone else so they could complete that work. We have a 160 year old home that needs some masonry work on our chimneys and we were well aware that the one functioning chimney does not have a cap - this is also intentional to encourage chimney swift nesting. He was about to leave until my husband had him come talk to me, at which time I told him we had paid for the cleaning and that was all we wanted. Next we went into the basement, where he again informed me that he doesn't do boilers and we would need to reschedule. Though the gentleman did complete the chimney cleaning as requested. He seemed to be annoyed or upset by the fact that we asked him simply to perform the services ordered regarding the chimney. We also go the impression that we were inconveniencing him by asking him questions about the boiler without ordering service. Sorry for being an informed homeowner and wanting facts and price expectations before just letting you go to town. Next year we will be hiring someone else who doesn't act like we are bothering him to do his job.

Our non profit was having their grand opening on the Sunday following service. I had called on Monday asking about the remote possibility that they could fit us in so that we could have heat. The receptionist was great and very sympathetic to our situation. She made some phone calls and got things moving quickly. They sent someone out right away to give us an estimate and then sent a couple of guys out the next night to clean it. It was my impression that they worked late to fit this in and make it work for us. They were a little bit late the night of the cleaning, but they called to let me know, so it wasn't a big deal. Like I said, they were fitting us in anyway, so I wasn't going to get bent out of shape. Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning Inc. was a real pleasure to work with.

He was on time, introduced himself. I appreciated the courtesy and thoroughness. Also, this is the only company that changed my furnace filter for me when all the cleaning was done. In the past, others have reminded me that I should change the filter. Overall a very good experience.

Technician arrived on time and inspected the top and bottom of the chimney. He explained that a Level 1 inspection does not include the middle "hidden" part of the chimney and that they do not do this work. He also offered to clean the dryer duct for the same price as the chimney inspection, which I agreed to. He was on time, professional, and did the work as promised. I have opted to get a Level 2 inspection before doing the repair work that he found.

he was unable to perform the service as he could not determine where my dryer vented out. it was NOT a bad experience and I would call them again once this issue is resolved
