Very well. Mike showed up on time and worked quickly. He left my fireplace and area surrounding area clean. His inspection showed that I need a relatively small but important repair and recommended a provider. Very, very good experience all around.

It was fine. When they cleared out the duct there were a lot of metal like shaving left off and I take out some. I will use them again.

*This price and service is based on the Angie's List Coupon. Initial phone call for scheduling was efficient and accommodating. However when the day of service came, the technician did not show up during the 2 hour window I was scheduled for. When I called to inquire if and when anyone was coming, I was told that I was not actually on the schedule. Apologies were made and the technician was contacted to see if he could fit in our service. He could and did. The technician (Roy) showed up about 30 mins. later. He was personable, professional and informative. He quickly cleaned the dryer vent and pointed out other potential service needs (duct and furnace cleaning). Since this was my first experience using Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning and the scheduling snafu was pretty inconvenient, I probably would not have thought to use them again. HOWEVER, because Roy was so professional and efficient, I'm left with an overall positive impression and likely will contact Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning for future work at my house.

They cleaned our chimneys which is what we wanted them to do. I was a little bit surprised how quickly it was done and I just had a feeling that it wasn't quite as thorough as what I was used to, but maybe my expectations were too high. They came 3 weeks ago, I don't know the exact date. They came exactly when promised. That was not probably bad. They were polite and they were professional. They cleaned it, they swabbed it, what was a surprise to me is when we had chimneys swabbed before, they usually want roof access so that they could go up on the top of the roof and put their tools down the chimney. Instead, they had very small, like a short broom devices that they used from inside the house and they just didn't went up rather than coming down. They were fair on how much they charge. I would say that they must do a more thorough job. They were a little bit late but they called to warn us that they would be late. I would perhaps use them again in the future but I would check around first.

Went perfectly. Gave us some good tips, cleaned up after himself. Very happy and will recommend.

Roy called about 10 minutes before arriving. He came in and went right to work...all around the rooms of the home..if he couldn't find a return air he would ask if there was one in the room, so all the registers were air cleaned and then he proceeded down to the furnace and proceeded to clean furnace with giant vacuum, he even cleaned my filter which I had changed a month before his arrival. He was great very professional, left the area clean. My furnace hadn't been cleaned in at least 10 years...so it need it. Thanks for the great deal.

The provider, Nick, was excellent. He took time to explain everything to me and helped me understand the furnace components of the cleaning as well as other things in the house that could need cleaning like an air exchanger. I would highly recommend them.

The technician was a true professional and explained everything in great detail so I understand what is needed to maintain good air quality in an old house where the ducts have probably never been cleaned before. The house seems so much cleaner and will be healthier to live in. lleye It went well...very polite and efficient. We ended up getting the heaters from his company...Airtech. Their salesman was also great...brought us some frozen walleye he had caught in the summer.

The technician arrived on time and was friendly and helpful. The work was performed quickly and information on ongoing maintenance given as well. It was easy to schedule and we were very pleased with the service.

The contractor arrived early (he called first to get an OK), did a thorough job and gave me good avice. He didn't try to hard sell anything.

Great experience with TC Furnace. Service provided called before arrival, arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). Was clean and efficient with the chimney sweep. Inspected dryer vent and recommended a cleaning as well -- extended Angie's List price for this added service. Very knowledgable but didn't oversell for other services. Would recommend and use again.

They did a good job of cleaning the chimney and being on time. He was able to provide me additional information to help keep the chimney clean longer to reduce the number of cleanings needed.

Scheduling was easy, friendly, and accommodating. The day of the job, Roy called to let me know that he was available a bit earlier than scheduled, if that would work for me. It did. He was friendly, efficient, thorough, and informative. He offered & explained, but did not push, additional furnace and duct services, which I'll consider next time. Beyond being a good technician, Roy is an excellent representative of the company.

I will never use this provider again! They were very messy in their work and VERY unprofessional, telling me that whoever cleaned our furnace did it all wrong and they would gladly clean it again for us for X amount of money. It felt like a rip off by telling me how much better they are then other furnace cleaners. VERY unprofessional.
