This was our first Angie's List experience and it went so well, I am hooked! Ben was great! He was very thorough to ensure the vent was all cleaned properly. He played peek-a-boo with my two girls (4 and 2) while working on the dryer and was just a really nice guy. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We would definitely hire them again for any of our needs.

Terrible service. They sent someone out, as scheduled, to inspect the chimney, saying they'd get us an estimate for repairs in a week or so. Two weeks later I called to ask about it; they apologized and said they'd get an estimate out ASAP. Two weeks LATER, I called again and they had no record or memory of having been out o our house in the first place. As I told him, if they can't even keep track of their visits and estimates, I'm not going to trust them to do work on my house. Needless to say we'll be going elsewhere for an estimate.

Ben showed up on time as scheduled, and was very helpful and friendly. He was here to clean our wood burning fireplace, but I asked him if he could take a look at our gas fireplace (used to be wood) too because we just bought this house and didn't know about the chimneys current condition. He inspected our gas fireplace and cleaned and inspected the wood fireplace. Ben showed me how the 2 different style damper doors work in both the chimneys. He mentioned that I should get chimney caps to prevent leaves and such from coming in through the chimney. I told him I had bought them already and just hadn't put them on yet. He offered to do it for me! Unfortunately I had bought the wrong size and needed to return them, but I appreciated his offer! Very please with my experience and will call Twin Cities Furnace for all my future fireplace needs.

Ben was prompt and very professional. He took the extra time to walk me through what he was doing and how everything worked. I highly recommend this company. We will definitely use them again.

He was on time, worked quickly, was clean and I think he did a good job.

I didn't watch while he was cleaning. He brought in the rotary brushes and a vacuum. Didn't take more than 10 minutes. He told me he didn't see any problems, and it really wasn't that dirty considering it hadn't been done in a number of years. Left everything clean.

It is a total rip off!!!!!! The kid arrived, looked at my duct work, and right away tried to talk me into paying hundreds more for another level of cleaning. When I said no, he basically ran from vent to vent, blew a little air into each and then left. He was in my house for about 15 minutes. I could have done what he did for free with a fan. I checked my furnace filter and it was as clean as it was before he did his work. A complete waste of money.

I received a prompt phone call from the company to schedule a time for the service, and the technician was here promptly on time. He was courteous and performed the work he was hired to do, and then communicated what he had done and answered any questions I had before leaving.

Very pleased with the service. Did a great job on my very dirty ductwork! Friendly and courteous. Will definitely use them again.

It went well. I just have no idea how to determined if what they did was good or not. I am not an expert on chimneys.

They were scheduled between 1 and 3. Ben called at 12:00 and asked if he could come at 12:30 which worked fine for us. He arrived and introduced himself and explained how he would do the cleaning from inside instead of from the roof. He quickly set up with his brush and shop vac and completed the job in about 15 minutes. He kept things tidy and neat and was very polite and professional. We would use them again and recommend them.

Technician was friendly and efficient. $69 Angie's List special for 1 chimney and $176 for the other 2. Work was done well.

Shawn did a great job! He was professional, friendly and honest. I asked about possibly doing dryer duct cleaning and he said he would recommend calling the association as they usually take care of it and the vent is on the roof. I appreciated the honesty. I would definitely hire them again!
