I had these guys out again at the 2-year mark. I again experienced prompt response to get scheduled, and Ben who came out to the house was prompt and went above and beyond. Specifically, Ben helped me figure out why the built-in humidifier wasn't working (which wasn't part of the job), and gave me a few ideas for how to replace the hose, etc. I plan to continue to use this firm on yearly/bi-annual basis for home maintenance.

The person I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant. I told her what services I was interested in and she gave me a couple of options. An appointment was set up for the next day which was a Saturday morning. Chris called 15 minutes prior to the appointment time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time. He set up quickly and was done in record time. He was pleasant and professional. If I was staying in the area I would definitely call Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning in the future.

They didn't do it when scheduled because they found asbestos-- something no other workers had pointed out. They came back after I had the work done.

Good. He found some additional issues with the chimney that I also had noticed which prompted me to call in the first place. He tacked on a few extra bucks and cleaned the chimney also.

I was very happy with the work. The man did a nice job and left no mess. He was pleasant to have in my home and answered any questions that I had.

The tech, Steve, cleaned all the ductwork for my furnace. He called ahead and was on time; laid drop cloths to keep the area clean around the truck mounted vacuum hose that he brought into the house; explained what and how he was going to clean the ducts; and all work was completed professionally. I will definitely hire them again in a few years when the ducts need cleaning again.

Simply fantastic. Punctual, professional and polite. Gave me tips on how to manage the air quality through my vents and how often to schedule cleaning/maintenance. I had not had the vents in my home cleaned in over 15 years, and it was really quite gross I'm sure. But they were on time and finished the job efficiently.

Well let me tell you I was shocked at what came out of them. I would have no problem hiring them again.

They did a good job. We bought a new house and the ducts were very dirty. They did a nice job cleaning them and also cleaned up behind themselves where they accessed ducts. Service also included a furnace cleaning which we didn't need as we are replacing the furnace but it was a package deal.

The person who came out was very helpful. He walked me throught the process which made me more comfortable with what was happening. He was quick and efficient. I've also had them repair my AC unit. For the repair, they sent someone out the same day I called, and it was fixed in less than an hour. I would definitely use their services again.

Great job - but did have to clean up areas of dirt on the carpets. Would have liked to have been told ahead of time that I would need to clean the carpets. Lucky that I had looked and found all the dirt so I could clean it up.

Work was quick and very effective. The technician talked with us before hand about the service we'd purchased, and answered our questions thoroughly and clearly. He also gave us some tips as first time homeowners who haven't had central air before. We would use this company again, and recommend it to others! We appreciated getting a small discount for scheduling online, and for scheduling more than one service at a time.

It was straight forward. The service tech cleaned the vents and it all was pretty routine.

The chimney didn't need sweeping because it was a gas furnace. They cleaned dryer vent instead. They also went onto the roof and evaluated chimney.
