I originally purchased the basic vent cleaning service package in a summer special on Angie's List, but delayed getting the work done until after my home remodel was competed several months later. At that time I decided to upgrade my package to the premium level, which included a furnace check and cleaning, along with an upgraded vent cleaning option. The firm applied the amount of the discount I was to receive on the basic package to the upgraded package without complaint and also had no problem with the delay in having the work done. The office staff was very accommodating. The tech phoned when he was on his way and arrived right on time. I saw the huge bag of dust, dirt and even debris that was removed from my duct work and it was astounding. I probably would not have had this done had I not been completing a major home remodel, but I will certainly do it again.

the service person was great. On time, professional, and nice conversation. the work was done in a timely matter. our duct were very dirty ( just finished a major remodel). He suggested the viper whip cleaning. We are glad he did , we have very little dust, its great.

Ben the service tech, was absolutely the best repair person to ever enter my home! He was prompt (even a little early but called first), very polite and informative about the service if I had a question he answered completely and showed me exactly what he was going to do. Very pleased with Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning, if you need them hire them today!

That worked out fine, I was very glad because if those things suddenly decide to spring a leak, that is not a good deal.

Terrific. Quick response to our call, appointment was set up right away, and the service was excellent. This was from an Angie's List deal purchase, and the whole event could not have gone better. Very, very happy. I would certainly use them again.

I am disappointed that the company is not willing to send out a technician at no cost to evaluate the situation.

I purchased a deal on Angie's list, and was contacted via e-mail and instructed to call to set up an appointment as the dates I suggested had some openings. I called on 1/6 and was able to get an appointment for 1/7, with a window of time between 12-2pm. Dave showed up just after 12pm, he was very nice, professional and friendly. He interacted with my two small children with comfort and was full of tips and information for me. I couldn't wish for a better visit, we had a fire that afternoon and toasted up some s'mores.

Service was good. I got what i expected - knowing that my AC system was functional - no leaks.

Put drop clothes down. Cleaned chimney and made sure no mess was left behind. Sorry about late review!

It was good. We asked for the dryer but because it was vented to the top of the roof and we have a steep roof, the person who came out didn't feel qualified to do it. We did it on the weekends. If it had been during the week and if we had a staff who's more experienced, he could be able to do it. There was no extra cost.

OK. The work was done very quickly making me think some of the "safety inspection" wasn't done. Total time spent working 15 minutes. Service person was easy to deal with.

Dave was thorough, polite, and took the time to explain everything to me. I would absolutely use his services again.

We were not sure if we had a dryer problem or they didn't clean as well as they should have. The work appeared to be good. They were great guys and they did the work they were supposed to do.

Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning called me within a few hours of me purchasing their deal on Angie's list. It was easy to set up an appointment, and the gentleman came at the beginning of the 2 hour window. My husband was home when he was here, and said the cleaner was nice and courteous and seemed to do a great job cleaning our chimneys. He also told my husband exactly what chimney cover we needed to look for at the store. I would use them again!

He came, cleaned the vent, and left. It was pretty straight forward. I wasn't having issues before and still am not, so I'm not sure what he did, but it works great. It was fast.

Scheduling was easy as I originally sent an email with some questions which was promptly responded too and able to schedule the appointment with just an email reply. I was given a 2 hour window and received a call 15mins prior to their arrival. The guy who came out was friendly and explained the process thoroughly and performed the service very quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommended them.

Good service. On time and helpful. I purchased a coupon for 2 services and had them add a 3rd once on site. They performed all within time and were helpful and courteous.

It was okay. They bent some of the ducts. The gentleman that was cleaning tripped and broke a baby gate so that was a hassle having to replace that.
