Description of Work: I called the day I purchased the deal to schedule and initially had an appointment for about 3-4 weeks afterwards. The service provider arrived on time and realized he did not have the proper equipment with him to sweep my chimney (his brush was too large). He said I would need to reschedule, which I did (again 3 weeks later). Unfortunately, no one showed up for the second appointment and I received a call several hours after the scheduled time that no one would be coming out and I should request a refund. I was told they would need two workers to come out to use the small sized brush, one working from the roof and one from inside the house. They told me that since this would require more effort, I would be unable to redeem the Big Deal for the sweep.
