It went really well.
Description of Work: They were excellent in all regards. My only disappointment is that it was AFTER they had been out to clean the duct work that I learned from an HVAC friend, that to REALLY get the system clean, a rotor brush system needs to be used. This has a camera on it so one can see before and after shots. So, Twin City Furnance Cleaning did a great job at what they do--I just needed a different service. I called after learning about the rotor brush and they do provide this service for a $100 upgrade. So, next time i have the duct work cleaned, I will call them AND order the upgrade to the rotor brush. They were friendly, professional and worked hard.

Description of Work: Dane contacted me within a day of purchasing the deal of $100. In addition to doing a great job on cleaning my fireplace and chimney, he also offered to clean our dryer vent for around $50, which was worth it! Our dryer takes less time to dry now without clogged lint.

Description of Work: I ended up not using this service due to the type of fireplace insert I have. Someone did come out to my home, was very friendly and helpful, but advised that they no longer clean fireplaces with this type of insert.

Description of Work: I had 3 long hair pets and the vents were really packed. They did a nice job of getting everything cleaned out and left the house looking great. |I have one complaint though. They removed a vent in the basement and left it off. I did not notice it until several weeks later. The screws went into the soft board and would not catch anymore. They had left the vent on the floor and didn't let me know what had happened. |Don't think they could have done anything differently but they really should have told me. |I would recommend the work though.
