Description of Work: Prompt, personable, professional. Really a great experience. The tech was efficient and friendly, answering my questions thoroughly. I asked about help with a lingering smoke odor from prior owners and he recommended a product without a hardsell. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them to all.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a chimney sweep and inspection. They came out and completed the cleaning. This was the first chimney sweep that I had ever had and I didn’t know what to expect from the quality. The technician was supposed to come back and fill a chimney cap. He came back several times, was unable to do the work for the cap, and gave many different excuses. I didn’t appreciate the quality of the service and it wasn’t that great of an experience.

Description of Work: We called to have our air conditioner unit cleaned and inspected. The service provider arrived a few minutes early. Inspected our unit, gave advice on type of unit. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Twin Cities Furnace. Especially the Angie's List $69.00 service deal.

Description of Work: Not sure if I expected too much from fireplace inspection and duct cleaning. Would have thought a thorough job of both would take more than 30 minutes. Will do more research before I have this job done again.

Description of Work: I am pleased with the quality of work that Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning provided as they cleaned my house's air ducts. I was unaware that part of the cleaning service would cost extra (such as using a brush to clear up some of the debris caught in the ducts), but I might have missed that in the service's original description. Regardless, I am very happy I used them. I notice a difference in air quality already.

Description of Work: Twin Cities Furnace arrived on time and did an excellent job cleaning and inspecting my fireplace. I had not had it looked at for 6 years and wanted to be sure of safety issues. He explained several issues for me to follow up on and handled everything with professionalism. I would highly recommend.

Description of Work: I have used the company a total of 3 times now. Their price is very competitive. The one thing to be prepared for is the upsell. If you order duct cleaning, you will be upsold furnace cleaning. If you order duct+furnace cleaning, you will be upsold chimney cleaning. The other tricky thing is invoices if you need one for business purposes. I received an invoice prior to service, and then was resent the invoice after service. I mailed a check based on the invoice and was later given a corrected invoice, including the upsell,and had to mail an additional check.
