Description of Work: No sooner than they got here, they told us that we needed the upgraded package that included the brush cleaning and later one of the other representatives told us that we really didn't need the upgrade. Since they "cleaned", we've had a wet, moldy odor to the house that we didn't have before. I wasn't impressed and don't believe we received a acceptable vent cleaning.
