Description of Work: Inspected and cleaned all 3 of my fireplaces and chimneys. The technician also offered to perform an inspection of my central air and furnace system for a discounted price. He was very knowledgable and taught me how to perform some maintenance activities myself.

Description of Work: Ducts cleaned. Furnace and ac tune up free with upgraded service which cost additional. Original deal was $99. However, I did not feel pressured to upgrade.

Description of Work: I bought a deal from him for a complete air duct system cleaning. He forgot about my appointment and didn’t show up the first time. He threw in an extra service for me. When the guy showed up, he blew the dust out of the vents and left the dust in the house.

Description of Work: Things went great once they got out here. There was a mix up with the first time scheduled but I would use them again. The mix up was handled immediately. The technician was very helpful and recommended services that we definitely needed and I feel much safer.

Description of Work: I contracted chimney cleaning and they offered a package for furnace and vent cleaning as well. It was priced reasonably and I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned out dryer vent. He was polite and friendly. He pointed out that my dryer vent was right above my outside air conditioner and so lint was falling on it.

Description of Work: I upgraded the deal I bought for a simple duct cleaning to a more complete cleaning. Didn't realize what I originally purchased was for simplest cleaning of ducts. I don't think house had ever had ducts cleaned, so buying a more complete pkg was the better option.

Description of Work: I was getting my duct work cleaned for the fist time and the ducts were dirty! I thought they would be vacuuming but instead they used a high pressure hose to blow all the dust which came flying out every other vent in the house. The first guy started blowing before the unit was even turned off. There was so much dust in the air that I had to put fans in the windows to blow the air out. They also failed to tell me they would be cutting a large hole in the duct work and punching several smaller holes all over in the duct work. I can't help but wonder what they do when the ducts aren't exposed. The first tech told me doing the basic service would only remove 40% of the dirt in the duct work, the 2nd tech told me it would only remove 20%. Both were very pushy about upgrading (an additional $159). I currently have construction and landscaping going on (exterior) and explained that it wouldn't make sense to do a heavy duty cleaning until the other projects were complete but they kept pushing it. I will be hiring a different company when the time comes. I was left with a house that is dustier than before they came and duct work full of holes.

Description of Work: Cleaned my furnace ducts, furnace and air conditioner. I upgraded my service on site as originally it was only for standard duct cleaning. It was done quickly. I have noticed that my air conditioner seems to be more efficient.

Description of Work: They cleaned all the duct in the house. It was good until we noticed that he did not patch the holes back on the humidifier and one of the vents on the return, which was inside the furnace area. Now we are trying to find a similar plug for the return .....
