Description of Work: Furnace and duct cleaning. Good job. We are now selling the house. The inspector said the furnace needed inspecting (?), since the last label on it said 2012 for inspection, but TC got back to me as fast as they could to verify that they had cleaned the furnace and the ductwork, and so this was not needed. They just needed to put a label on the furnace saying what they had done. We were happy with their work and responsiveness when we needed a copy of the receipt for the work.

Description of Work: Cleaned out my furnace ducts. He also cleaned out the flue and hot water lines while he was there since it had never been done before.

Description of Work: The serviceman essentially vacuumed out the dryer vent from inside my house and then went and vacuumed the outside, removing the build-up of dryer lint that was visible in the exterior screen.

Description of Work: Vent Cleaning and Roto the vents (the roto cost an extra $100). If I had to do it again, I wouldn't do the roto clean. I don't feel this was worth the extra $100. The rest of the work done was great.

Description of Work: They performed the service for which the coupon was purchased. They also noted some additional service that was needed and performed that as well.

Description of Work: Cleaned 2 fireplaces and chimneys. Provider was prompt (actually early), friendly, respectful, and efficient. He gave us suggestions for future follow-up, but was not "pushy". We would recommend him to others as well as use his services again.

Description of Work: Cleaned out dryer vent. It went fine except I noticed afterwards that the outside vent cover was broken and had a big opening. It was something that probably needed replaced anyways, but I wished they would have notified me about it.

Description of Work: They cleaned the duct work however the fumes from the truck caused our carbon dioxide detectors to go off for a long time, I called and they said that it was common. It would have been nice to know that before the technician left.

Description of Work: The guy cleaned my fireplace chimney. Did a good job but he should have covered my stone hearth. He cleaned it but left soot residue. Now the stone looks darker.
