Description of Work: They were nice guys and on time but they did the job too fast and Didn't really blow out the vents....5 seconds on a 26 foot return with an airline |5/8 thick will not do the job. I was glad they left cause they really push all their "additional services" 5 min. of work on the furnace and 3 minutes on the dryer vent cost me an extra $100.

Description of Work: I purchased a Groupon for duct cleaning and then added on a furnace tune-up and a cleaning of our 30 foot long dryer duct. We had just completed finishing our basement, so the timing was right for a thorough cleaning. The technician was prompt and pleasant, adding some recommendations for future consideration and maintenance of our system, but no high pressure to do anything now. I appreciated that.

Description of Work: The very first thing the tech did was to write up an invoice that included all the "EXTRA" things that needed to be done, totaling over $200. When I said I just wanted what came with the voucher, they left. I will never use this company again.

Description of Work: Duct cleaning. It seemed to go okay, but after he left I noticed that there was dirt on the floor that must have been blown out when he cleaned the ducts. I had to do a lot of sweeping. After the ducts were cleaned we decided to have them clean the furnace as well, and that seemed to go just fine. I would probably use them again, but I would talk to them about the dirt.

He also suggested a duct cleaning, which their company also does, but no high pressure to sign up for that, just information to check it out.

Description of Work: Kris was awesome and represented this company perfectly! I used the Angie's List coupon and got my furnace cleaned and checked for about half the cost of the regular price most companies charge. He was very friendly and worked quickly. I couldn't have asked for more!
