Description of Work: Completely cleaned the ductwork - and it was a lot of work! We're so glad that Ben was able to take care of this for us. He did a great job and we would recommend him. We had purchased the $99 unlimited cleaning (vacuuming out the ducts) but it was obvious that they needed to be completely brushed out (an additional $300). Ben was able to to the additional work on the spot, so we didn't have to make an extra appointment. The house is so much cleaner and fresher - plus we got a furnace inspection and the dryer vent cleaned!

Description of Work: TC Furnace Cleaning did an OK job for the price. However, I have to ding them a bit for poor communications and a mistake made. They gave me a time, they guy came an hour early, rang a broken doorbell, then left immediately without calling or checking the side door of the building. So, I had to wait hours until he could return. | |The technician made a mistake installing a HEPA filter backwards, but I checked that afterwards and reversed it myself. Also they could be clearer about up sell options prior to arriving, rather than springing on the spot. | |Overall, it was a good job for the price, I am satisfied with the result, but you need to put in some effort to monitor them.
