Description of Work: Cleaned the ductwork, added a sanitizer, and checked the a/c. Although I should have had the dryer duct cleaned instead, he even mentioned this just looking at the state of the a/c unit. Forgot to plug a number of holes drilled into my ductwork. Didn't clean up so I had a lot of dust piles on the basement floor. Seems like he could have vacuumed these up. Nice guy.

Description of Work: We had our chimney inspected on the outside and inside. They cleaned the chimney and corrected the problem with our damper - clogged and couldn't close it. They came exactly as scheduled, were neat and very thorough. Would hire them again in the future.

Description of Work: The work was performed by a contractor for TC Furnace. |They cleaned the air ducts and dryer vent. Initially they were only going to blow the ductwork with air, but we have not had our vents done in the 20 years since we built the house. We opted to have them use a sweeper tool to ensure that the additional debris from the construction (which we knew was there prior to TC Furnace arriving) was cleared away. |The result is that the furnace performance and the temperature control within the house is very much improved. In addition, the amount of dust in the air is significantly reduced. |We were pleased and felt it was money well spent. |Thank you to the team that performed the service. They were fast, polite and careful of our home.

Description of Work: The initial contact was great; service was scheduled with no problem. Then the day arrived and no one showed up. We called and it turned out that the office staff person had never put us on the technician's schedule. The person I talked to was extremely apologetic. They couldn't reschedule for another 2 weeks. Sales tax (all we owed at that point) was waived due to the inconvenience. At the second appointment time, the technician was prompt and friendly and got the job done quickly.

Description of Work: They cleaned all for my ducts and checked the dryer vent and the furnace. They used the tentacles cleaner (an upgrade) and a sanitizing spray (also an upgrade) to help with allergies. The technician was very professional!

Description of Work: On-time and didn't try and "upsell" their products and services. Went beyone by arranging for a new furnace filter.

Description of Work: They cleaned ducts and furnace. They were the only company that we have used that did not cover the vents not being cleaned. They also backed their van up to the garage and went in through the garage with the large suction hose to the basement. The exhaust from the moter went into the house and set off the carbon monoxide detector in the basement 30 minutes after they left. I had to run a fan back up the stairs to remove the fumes.

Description of Work: I added services beyond the initial $99 visit which is why the cost is higher. They cleaned the furnace and cleaned the ducts using a brush (these services were above the initial cleaning). The service was delivered on time and with high quality.

Description of Work: The serviceman (Ben?) was prompt, friendly, and professional. He pointed out that our ductwork needed a stronger duct cleaning than the one we had purchased and that he did. Was he right! We could really hear that more was being cleaned out of our ductwork than originally done. (It sounded like bits of dry wall were being pulled out of the ducts!) It did cost us an additional $110 or so, but we feel it was worth it.
