But he also told me that I didn't need to to a major cleaning in a few years, just routine cleaning as they(he) did a major cleanout.. I appreciated the honesty and value of the sale and the work he did. Was on time, respectful, informative and did a great job. I would definitely hire them again.

Description of Work: Service was subcontracted out to another contractor. I was not informed of this when I selected Twin Cities Furnace (and prepaid the Angie's Deal). Not a completely forthcoming business practice in my opinion, but the work turned out okay anyhow.

Description of Work: The service tech arrived in perfect time (they said between 11:00-1:00 and he arrived at noon). He was knowledgable, professional, explained himself well, and did a FABULOUS job cleaning all of the vents and the furnace. I initially paid $99.00 to have the vents cleaned, but chose to upgrade the service to have the vents cleaned with an electronic brush. He even cleaned the furnace for free! I have noticed that the dust level in the house seems to be so much less than before having the vents cleaned, and the house feels warmer when the heat comes on. Well worth the money!

Description of Work: Inspected the chimney, found that it was in fine shape, cleaned the ash out of the fire box and grate area - it went very well. We have used the fireplace since, and it worked perfectly. We were pleased and would hire this company again.
