Description of Work: Yesterday I just spent $250 to have another furnace provider come to my house because my furnace and humidifier weren't working properly. My humidifier wasn't even connected correctly. Twin Cities looked at my humidifier and didn't even notice.

The service that we were hired to do for you was clean your air ducts. We do not service humidifiers in any way, so it's unclear why our technician would be expected to "notice" your humidifier was not connected properly. We don't service them, and that's not what we were there to do.

Description of Work: I had a question on blowing all the dust thru the registers, thru the filter, |thru the fan,and thru the A coil. |Called the office and inquired about the above concern and the operator said |she would have a tech call me back. |Still waiting for the call. |I would think the suction would be before the filter for return ducts and |ahead of the A coil for for the other ducks.

Thank you for your feedback. Our internal correspondence shows that the company owner returned your call within an hour of receiving the message from the office staff, but there was no voice mail on your end to allow him to leave a message. You are certainly always free to call us back! To answer your concern, the vacuum is positioned above the plenum, so the dust is sucked up before it can fall on top of the A-coil, and regarding the return ducts, the furnace filter is left in place until the cleaning is complete, so dust cannot get into the furnace and underneath the A-coil during the process.

Description of Work: Chimney cleaning. Time was set for between 9 and 12; he was there by 10 apologizing for being late due to child care issues. Given that there was a 3 hour window he was not late but I did appreciate his attempt to be near the front end of the window. | |He was neat, quick, professional and thorough. Will use again!

Description of Work: Came in a cleaned our furnace system after substantial home improvements. The technician was very helpful and prompt. They also looked at our electric filter and recommended we convert to the replaceable filters. This was a much appreciated recommendation as it has improved our air quality in our home dramatically.
