Description of Work: The service was billed as a cleaning and inspection. My furnace was leaking water, so I would expect that a qualified "inspector" would be able to say, "we recommend the following to service the leak" however, when I asked the technician he explained that he had no training in furnace repair, thus wouldn't be able to comment. In summary, the are using inspectors with the minimal amount of training.

Description of Work: It could have been better. I had to call him to come back as the dryer wasn't drying my clothes. He had to clear the vent on the roof which should have been done in the first place or maybe it was the vent in the bottom. Do not recall. After his second visit everything went well and alls well that ends well. My only concern is that it should have been done right on one visit.
