Description of Work: This was an Angie's List Big Deal for furnace duct cleaning. Making the appointment was easy and when I needed to reschedule, the company was very understanding and even gave me a Saturday date. The service person was prompt, friendly, and professional. The only reason I give them a B is that the service person also seemed rushed - and it made me wonder how well he cleaned the ducts. It didn't seem to take as long as I expected, but it could be that I was simply under the impression that it would take longer than it did.

Description of Work: Cleaned furnace/AC ducts. I also had the exchanger cleaned for an additional$62.62. All work was done quickly and efficiently.

Description of Work: These guys were great! Ben was very efficient and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and why. He even showed me the stuff that was blowing out of my vents. Yuck! I will absolutely use them again!

Description of Work: The service technician blew the dust and buildup from my central air/furnace intake vents. He vacuumed the dust and buildup. He kept comparing his service to a company that provided service in my home before, but he was comparing a service he could provide for more money that I told him I was sure the other company had provided. I felt that he did not listen to me, and I grew tired of him comparing the service he could provide for more money, and I felt he was pressuring me to buy a higher priced service.

Description of Work: Dave from TC Furnace Cleaning did the best job of cleaning our furnace/AC ductwork that I have ever experienced. I watched the process and he explained each step. Amazing! Especially amazing that I could hear and feel the results and did not have to clean my house afterwards! The $300 charge was for an upgrade to the additional use of an "air whip" to clear out debris left in my ducts for decades by other providers. Further cleanings will be less expensive because there won't be so much build-up. Thanks to Dave and TC Furnace Cleaning I can breathe easier in my own home!
