I was very fortunate to have same day service. Ben came out and did an exceptionally thorough cleaning of our dryer vent, which was packed solid with wet lint material, both in the dryer vent duct and in the adjacent outside vent channel. He was very knowledgable, professional, congenial and went the extra mile to make sure the venting system was totally free of lint, and that the inside and outside work areas were free of lint debris. I highly recommend Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning and give especially high praises to Ben.

It went great! I used to wake up with a stuffed up nose from allergies from all of the dust in the house, now I wake up with a clear nose!

The provider came to our house for the air duct cleaning. He was very professional and during his assessment noticed that some of our vents showed signs they had been taped years ago with tape with asbestos. So he could not safely perform the vent cleaning. We are very happy that he noticed this and very happy with this company. We would use them again if we didn't have this preexisting asbestos issue.

Service person finished his prior job early so he ended up being able to come service my chimney earlier than anticipated. He was courteous, took his shoes off when he came into the house, laid down a tarp so no ashes got on the carpet. He helped me figure out how far the flu would open with some force and said the chimney looked safe and cleaned it really well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

He was right on time, very courteous and professional. He explained everything he was going to do and went to great effort to keep where he was working clean. I am still a skeptic on the ability of ANYONE to be able to clean air ducts. There is really no way to know if it is needed or it was successful as far as I can see. He certainly seemed to be more knowledgeable and spent more time than the last company I hired a number of years ago.

We purchased duct and furnace cleaning services from the same provider. We recently moved into a new home and due to previous owners being smokers we were attempting to clean the furnace and air ducts. The provider was timely and professional, determined that the duct work and furnace had already been cleaned prior to our closing on the home. He then recommended that we ask for a refund via Angie's list and departed. We contacted Angie's list and they said the job was marked complete, therefore there would be no refund. End of story. I have had excellent experiences with other companies through Angie's list, but I will be more careful in the future before I purchase another service through Angie's list so that I avoid having to ask for a refund and suffering denial.

My dryer was not drying clothes effectively. We realized it had been far too long since the dryer vent had been properly cleaned. Using a coupon made available on Angie's List for this company's dryer vent cleaning service, we hired Twin City Furnace Cleaning to get it done. The serviceman was punctual and friendly and did a nice job. With our vent unblocked, our dryer could dry our clothes once more. We would use them again.

It went Ok. The service was performed properly, and at the agreed upon price. The service person was very unhappy because our dryey vents through the roof and the weather the day the service was performed was awful. He was vocally unhappy about having to perform the service. I am not certain of the exact date of the service, I ended up being out of town and my husband had to come home to let the serviceman in.

This went very well! The crew was professional, fast and hard working. I had a question on final billing which was promptly addressed and managed extremely fairly. I **highly** reccommend the company for any and all of their services!

They did a good job. They came within a couple of weeks. It cost me about 53 dollars extra. I had an issue with the pricing that had to be worked out that shouldn't have been an issue. I think what it was is that he hadn't deducted the 149 dollars that I paid through Angie's List. They were going to charge me about 350 dollars for it and I think I shouldn't have had to go through that. Because I asked them to break it down for me because they said it included labor so I asked them how much the labor was and they told me they can't break it down like that. That was not very straight forward. The people were good who came out and the woman that I talked with on the phone was nice and helpful. Anyway it worked out, I wouldn't necessarily use them again. The majority of the people were nice and they did good work.

I would have given a A for quality except the technician left lint all over the deck outside the house. It surprises me that he didn't carry some kind of recepticle for the waste material. Other than that, our dryer is working as it should now.

The technician was prompt and very courteous. He explained what he was going to do and when it came time he asked about the furnace. We agreed to do that and it was a good thing we did! The cost was very reasonable --much less than if we had gone through CenterPoint to have it done. (we had inquired through them as well before we made this appointment) The technician was very nice and even cleared out the dust that had collected in the gas fireplace in our living room. Overall a great experience.

Ben came out on time and cleaned the furnace. In talking to him the day of the cleaning, I had asked if he could also clean the dryer vent. He agreed and did that for an additional fee. I was extremely glad that he did it. I was amazed a the amount of crap that was in the dryer vent. He got pretty dirty in cleaning it, but didn't complain. The only thing that happened that was a bit of a surprise was that when cleaning the furnace it appears that the pilot light to the water heater was somehow accidentally extinguished. I called Ben that evening when I found out about it and he agreed to come out first thing in the morning to check it out. It turned out that it did go out accidentally and he was quick to turn it back on. I would definitely hire Ben back to do work for me.

He arrived on time and used drop clothes to make sure he did not get ashes and debris on the wood floors. He thoroughly cleaned both chimneys and cleaned up after himself. Very efficient and friendly service.
