As greatful I was that the technician called and asked if he could arrive early on a Friday before a holiday weekend, I feel he rushed the visit. The Angie's List coupon states that the technician will clean the drain line and furnace filter. The technician just stuck his finger in the drain line and said it was a big drain line and typically do not get clogged. He didn't even check the filter. I don't know enough of what he was doing outside to know if he completed all the work as stated on the deal. I changed the filter out 2 days later. I probably won't be back since I feel he wanted to be done with work early on a holiday weekend and took short cuts.

They did an excellent job. They were easy to work with. They were prompt. They were professional. They gave a fair price.

He was very honest, upfront and personable. He showed a great deal of integrity, which I appreciated. He gave me my money back from the sales tax.

I initially purchased the Air Duct steam cleaning special. Then I did request a furnace cleaning as well. The contractor arrived on time, was very polite and personable. We talked a bit about the history of the house (30 years old) and the possibility that the air ducts had NEVER been cleaned (Yuck!) and that the house had been flipped 4 years before. He did the initial cleaning and checked what he was seeing and recommended that I do the brush cleaning since the flipper had not cleaned the ducts after doing an almost complete remodel of the house. I could not believe the "stuff" that came out of those ducts and my furnace. My furnace even sounds different now that it's been cleaned. It's a great service, he was efficient, friendly and I'm very please with the end result.

Service technician came out to clean out ductwork. He was punctual, professional, informative, and very friendly. He offered advice and also did not push any additional costs for more work which we appreciated. We will be having them come out to our home again.

They came and took pics and gave an estimate. I got the estimate when I was away and not near a computer and my phone would not open it, but the amount was on the original email. So I emailed back and asked if since the estimate was 215. 25, did that mean the work would be done for the 149.00 coupon. Here is what I wrote: Hi Jessica,You had mentioned you would honor the Craiglist coupon--which was $149 for $300 worth of work. Would that mean you would do this job for 149.00? Here is the reply (from the owner): I take it you didn't look at the estimate that was attached? My reply: No, I read the email because I am on my phone and cant get the attachment. His reply: Ah, I see, well when you get a chance, take a look, and let us know what you think then. I thought that was really weird, but what the heck? When I got a chance, I opened the email, saw that it said (plus 149.00 Angies list promo not yet purchased.) I accepted the bid as per the instructions and talked with Jessica about scheduling a time. But then I got a call from the owner, he told me that they were being harassed and he just wanted to make sure I was on the level. I assured him I was, he sent a revised quote (with photos of the work to be done) and we set a time for the work to be done. That time was today. No one ever showed. I finally called and the owner said the guy had been out there and taken pics but the work had already been done. WHAT? I am no handy person--I mean I can paint, and such, but concrete work is outside my bailiwick. I walked around the house with him on the phone and said, nope, nope, it's not done. I took photos (that matched the estimate) and sent them to him. He said the guy had been out and taken pics, that he would send them to me, that he was sticking by that. I just go an email, with photos attached that, wait for it... AREN'T EVEN MY HOUSE!!!! There are some pretty obvious clues--including that the house has aluminum siding with aluminum trim on bottom and has waffled woodwork and wood against the foundation, while mine is painted HardyPlank, has no wood--waffled or otherwise--against the foundation. He then told me I was fishy and that he would not do business with me. Well, PHEW! I sent him back pics showing he didn't even have my house in the pics and detailing the differences, but grateful I won't be dealing with him. I wished him well, that he was going to need it if this was his business model! Meanwhile, I still need tuck pointing done. Seriously folks, you cannot make this stuff up. Very well. Technician was right on time. He explained the service I purchased and because my duct work had never been cleaned (25 yrs) I upgrade to the roto brush addition. He performed the service in a very timely manner and explained what he was doing during the process

Ben was punctual, called ahead to let us know he was on his way, and even did a bit of education with us two new homeowners. Service was exactly as described when I called to make the appointment.

The gentleman ( Ben ? ) came to my house right away when I asked him to come. He explained what needed to be done. It cost more than I had expected because he did allot. Now the air in my home smells fresher,he explained the proper way to use my thermostat and the air conditioner and the drier vent was cleaned and I don't have to worry about stuff breaking down or a fire and I feel relieved. Ben was generous with his time and even gave me a hand with something that was not included in the cost. Lorna Green

Ben made it here an hour early, had all they proper equipment, and was fast and professional. Would use the service again.

I don't know how it went, they just cleaned the furnace, and it stopped working last week. It has been fixed by a different company. We wanted a tune-up, they just blew it and vacuumed it. They cleaned the furnace and nothing else. We purchased the wrong deal. I think they did a decent job.

They provide very good customer service.

The technician showed up right on time and got to work right away. One thing I was surprised about was that he did not take the dryer vent apart (it goes about 12 feet from the dryer to the basement wall) in order to clean it. Instead, he made two small holes in it and used a powerful blower to loosen the lint so it would be expelled to the outside. He also used a shop vac to thoroughly clean the dryer itself.

I bought a coupon through Angie's List for a simple duct cleaning. The gentleman was very clear and forward with what was included in that price and what other services were available. I opted for the standard duct cleaning, and they seems to have done a good job getting most of the 50 years of dust out of my ducts!

The guys did a beautiful job repairing my flagstone wall and repairing a brick planter box. They even had a couple of matching bricks to use to replace a couple broken bricks. The planter was a mess because my lawn guy caught it with his mower.
