They cleaned the chimney as expected

Roy was genuinely professional and personable. He explained each step of what he was doing. Also gave me instructions on future needs. Showed me where the vents needed cleaning and how the furnace was compromised because of the duct dirt. Also said most home fires were started in dryer vents, Mine had never been cleaned for 40 years! So happy I chose this company and was lucky enough to get Roy!

Every part of this work was excellent, from calling to schedule the visit through getting it done. We got on the schedule promptly and the service person, Ben, came when promised. He took care of both parts of our job -- cleaning the dryer vent and the fireplace/chimney. He was very experienced and professional and explained what he was doing and why. He put down a tarp to keep our living room clean as he worked on the fireplace and cleaned up impeccably when he was finished. He also gave us tips on how to keep things operating smoothly in the future, which we appreciated. I would not hesitate to work with TC Furnace again.

The work was done pretty well. A lot of dusts were collected after the cleaning. The service technician was prompt and knowledgeable on what he did.

They arrived on time for the free estimate and provided a thorough inspection to include great photos showing what needed to be repaired. They also arrived on time for the scheduled repair and completed the job within the estimated time frame. After completing the job, the work crew went over and explained what they did and properly cleaned up after themselves before leaving.

We received estimates from five chimney repair companies, ranging from $1500 to $5000. Some recommended only tuckpointing and others recommended replacing enitrely the upper quarter of my chimney. The most thorough inspection of our chimney was done by Joe of Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning. He climbed our roof and took multiple photos which he discussed with me. Two areas needed tuckpointing and the cap of the chimney was cracked. He recommended replacement of the cap, tuckpointing and waterproofing. I agreed with his analysis. He and his crew were able to complete repairs within two weeks of his estimate . Joe again shared photos of their completed work and I was quite satisfied. This company, which I have used for duct and chimney cleaning as well, is a first rate, reliable and honest operation. They are tops!

They did a great job and were timely. They suggested an additional level of service that we added on at a relatively minimal expense at the time of the appointment. I believe it was a furnace cleaning for about $50. They left and we felt comfortable about the cleanliness of our ducts, furnace, and usability of our fireplace. Would hire again!

Really good, he was thorough. He forgot to replace a couple vent covers but a really nice guy and knowledgeable.

The technician arrived right on schedule. He was very friendly and completed the work efficiently. We had our original appointment scheduled to do the standard air duct cleaning. Our technician offered to clean our furnace plus upgrade us to a better cleaning in the ducts for the cost of the furnace. We were very happy with our service, will definitely use again in the future! Highly recommend!

It went very well. The technician was actually ahead of schedule and was there when I arrived home at the beginning of my scheduled time. He did not seem in anyway put out by waiting for the time to arrive (I took a half day from work for the appointment). He was extremely polite, did not try to sell any additional services and worked quickly with respect to my property. He was concerned about the location of the cat so it wouldn't escape and he completed the work in just over an hour (I have an approximately 800 sqft foundation). We looked at the furnace filter and he offered to blow it out until I could get a new one, but I was going out that afternoon anyway. Significant improvement in the air quality of the house!

Excellent. The estimate was done quickly (it included pictures of chimney) and price was very fair, especially according to my neighbors who have had similar issues and received much higher bids. The crew came out within the week and replaced the chimney cap and top flue section and sealed everything up. My chimney is fine now and I look forward to a no-issue future. My neighbors asked me who was doing the work and I was happy to refer them.

The only reason I didn't use them this time around was maybe because Airtech had a better deal and also, not that I didn't trust them but I just wanted another company to come out and look at it to get kind of a second opinion, to see if they find anything goofy but there was nothing that came up.

I would highly recommend this crew for your work. The price was very comparable and actually lower than several places I looked at. The guy showed up on time, was very friendly, explained every step of the process and did a fantastic job. I went with the viper whip method and don't regret it for a second as the before and after pictures show and incredible difference. We've already noticed a significant difference in the air quality as we are sneezing a lot less. Don't hesitate to hire this company as they will be on the top of my list the next time I need my ducts cleaned.
