The service rep was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The work was performed promptly and the clean up was excellent. I would definitely use them again.

This went great. The worker (Kris) was very prompt, professional, and avoided making a mess. The work was done very quickly, under an hour for all tasks.

BADLY--after I call to schedule apt. I find out that they don't really service my kind of woodburning fireplace for the 89,00 deal. Instead it is going to cost $149 dollars. I've already paid this and then they tell me oops we don't do that. Instead of making that clear in their ad. It feels like a bait and switch and much of Angie's list deals end up that way. I am FURIOUS and have wasted a great deal of time on this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Kris was professional and courteous. I have two cats and a hedgehog in the house and the noises from the machinery was scaring them. Kris stopped working and allowed me to move them to another room and ask me if it was OK to continue again. I appreciated that. He explained to me what he was doing and did not pressure me into any other "add-on". The price came out to be what the website quoted. Overall, a nice man with many years of experience doing this which gave me comfort.

They did a really good job. They didn't leave any mess behind and they were on time.

The service tech, Ben, was fantastic. As a generally inquisitive person, Ben humored all of my questions and walked me through what he was doing and why. He made sure to protect the work space with a tarp, used a shop vac to prevent ash and other airborne debris from getting into our new house, and cleaned up after himself. Gold star, A+, however you would give a top grade that is the one Ben should receive. We intend to use his, and TCFC, services again in the future.

Went very well. He was even ahead of schedule and we happened to be home so he was early! SO glad to have that done. Wow was there a lot of stuff in the dryer vents!!! Yuk!

Exceeded expectations service tech was incredibly knowledgeable and kind, seemed very honest and as though he enjoyed his work and wanted to do the best for our family. Great company! I bought a deal through Angie's list and they were very quick call (within an hour) to schedule appointment.

Great - super friendly and very tidy guy. Really knew his stuff - did a thorough job and kept us informed about stuff. We had him clean the dryer vent as well.

The job was well done, but they charged me more than originally indicated. I used this company with a similar offer last year and I was charged less than $80 for the service. This year, I purchased the special offer for $89 - but when the technician showed up we were informed that the actual price for the service was $50 higher because of our brand of fireplace. We went ahead with the service, and it seemed to be well done. However, we feel that the special deal for the service is not as clear as it could be. The technician kept telling us that our fireplace is considered a wood burning stove - but it looks and feels like a fireplace to us. It is sold by the Fireplace Corner as a wood-burning fireplace as well, so we feel a little like the Angie's list deal was not really a deal at all.

The tech was very professional and honest. It was refreshing that he declined to do the air duct cleaning because he didn't think it was needed. He also gave me a lot of advice on the air ducts and air exchange unit without charging for his evaluation or time. This was great service and how business should be done.

I can't say enough good things about these folks. They arrived on time, were quick and left the place spotless. Most important was the fact that I asked for their advice about duct cleaning, and they actually advised against it given the house size and fact that all ducts were inaccessible. I was willing to give them the money to do it and they stated that I wouldn't be happy with results. What integrity!

Bought a deal for air duct cleaning. Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Speedy, and was able to clear a lot of gross stuff from our vents.

Ben called to let me know he'd be early,which was great. He arrived, set up, swept the chimney and cleaned up the area. Ben recommended some maintenance work on the chimney and left a flat rate $ quote for the work.
