We have not used them in over 2 years but they will be helping with a sink project soon. The owner, Joe, is incredibly knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. He does top of the line work. He installs the best stuff you can get and does it to the standards of the equipment. He does spectacular work. All my experiences have gone very well. The only problem is their price.

His name is Joe and whatever he has done has always been an A. He is the most honest, kindest and thorough plumbers anyone would want to know. He has put water heaters in and all sorts of plumbing for me.

My old sump pump was no longer working. I called Robillard Plumbing to see of they could take a look at the old unit and determine the problem. We arranged a time for them to come to the house. They arrived, quickly assessed that the old pump was "dead" and suggested replacement. I agreed and they quickly got to work. The new pump was installed along with a new check valve and other items to make sure the pump would operate optimally. Evertything is working great. The timing was essential as we have received a lot of rain lately (August 2010) and I fear my basement would have flooded without the new pump.

I have used the a few times. Repaired a water softener and replaced and replaced a toilet. They replaced the outside faucet.

It went very well. They said he would show up between 9 and 10, and he was there by 9:30. He laid out cloths from the front door to our lower level laundry room and went to work. I barely heard him. They said it would take 3-4 hours, but it took less time. He cleaned up everything before I knew he was finished. I didn't even realize he had been outside and done the spigot, but it was done. The faucet replacement required him to redo the washing machine connections. The tub and faucet were exactly as expected and are perfect. He installed my new hoses for me as well. The outside spigot leaked terribly and we couldn't get it apart to put in new washers, which I'm not sure would have helped. What he did wasn't exactly what I was thinking, but it works beautifully and the leak is gone. I asked for some advice on another outside faucet which is a frost free faucet that was leaking from the handle. He took me out, explained what was needed, then proceeded to get a wrench and do it himself. Plus he replaced the handle as he noticed it was cracking and the new version is metal. No cost.

The job was done in a very quick and efficient manor and they were very good about taking their shoes off when they entered my home and cleaned up after their work was completed.

They care about their customers and ensure that they are satisfied at all times. They did quality work. I do not recall exactly what I paid for the services rendered but they charge rates that are in keeping with competing companies. I have always felt like I am treated fairly and I felt comfortable having the workers in my home.

FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT AND WORKED HARD TO HAVE MINIMAL IMPACT ON EXISTING PLUMBING AND BASEMENT CEILING (WHERE PLUMBING WAS ROUTED). LOOKING AT PRICES IN ANGIE'S LIST, I EXPECTED A MUCH HIGHER PRICE. DID ADDITIONAL WORK QUICKLY WHEN INSPECTOR REQUIRED BACK FLOW VALUE FOR BOILER.

I HAVE NEVER MET ANYONE AS METICULOUS AS JOE. HE USES A LEVEL TO MAKE SURE THE PIPES ARE STRAIGHT. THEY WERE ALL LINED UP SO NICELY, NOT GOING ALL OVER THE PLACE LIKE SOME PLUMBERS. JOE EVEN MOPPED UP MY BASEMENT FLOOR WHERE HE HAD BEEN WORKING AND CLEANED OFF THE PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED APPLIANCES. HE PUTS DOWN CLEAN DROP CLOTHS EVERYWHERE HE WALKS. I HAVE WHITE CARPET THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE AND HE IS THE ONLY CONTRACTOR THAT I WILL ALLOW IN MY HOUSE WITHOUT BEING THERE. MY ONE COMPLAINT IS THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR A WRITTEN QUOTE BEFORE THE JOB STARTED. JOE WOULD ALWAYS GIVE ME A PRICE RANGE, BUT HE WOULD ALWAYS COME IN HIGHER THAN HIS HIGH END. WE ALWAYS NEGOTIATED, BUT IT LEFT BOTH OF US FEELING LOUSY. I CALLED JOE RECENTLY TO DO ANOTHER JOB AND ASKED FOR A WRITTEN QUOTE THIS TIME. HE WON'T DO WORK FOR ME ANYMORE AS HE SAYS I DON'T WANT TO PAY HIM WHAT HE IS WORTH. MY ADVICE IS TO HIRE JOE, BUT MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WRITTEN CONTRACT FIRST.
