They were very great, they put some sinks and facets in.I used them a few times over the years, they always do great work.They put in a new sink, and they plunged it. They bend over backwards to please us.They're high priced but they do good work. We haven't had the sink or faucet that long but things seem to bed good.

They are excellent! They have helped me many times in the past. I would recommend them to friends and family members. Even would he was busy, he would let me know before hand and plan a time to come out and work until he's finished.

I read many of the reviews on Angies List and decided Robillard Plumbing was the one plumber I wanted to hire. (We have had continual bad luck with previous plumbers over past 20 years - something always leaked later) He was very detailed on his first visit to determine an estimate, making certain that he would have the correct parts & what it would cost'.. As we walked thru the basement I mentioned to him my concern about our sump pump/drain tile. He suggested that he could install a new system which involved two pumps, an alarm system and a BIG battery backup power. (this system was $1600 of the total bill) He set aside a whole day to repair, replace, install all plumbing that needed to be done. (It took almost 10 hours) He obtained the new bathroom faucets from his supplier to match up with what was already in place. Doing it this way saved us money and made for an easier replacement. Very happy with what he picked out. He was very good at explaining different options and answering questions as he worked. He left everything neat and clean when he was done. It's been almost a year since everything was fixed and replaced - and it is all good! It is so good to have everything working right and not leaking! I am so glad that he installed this sump pump system. This is way more than what you could buy in a home improvement store. There has always been a concern about our power going out during a bad storm, or days of rain or the sump pump failing. (all this has happened at one time or another) Now we have all those circumstances covered.. We will definitely use his services in the future and highly recommend him for any plumbing needs. His pricing is very reasonable.

Everything went very smoothly. Very good price. Robillard is no longer taking partnership with Angie's List so there was no response when I tried to contact them through this site. Instead I contacted Robillard directly with very good results.

Joe responded quickly when I contacted him about our leaking valves to the washing machine. He is professional in everything he does from the moment he steps through your door until he cleans up and departs. Excellent quality work at prices that are fair.

Robillard Plumbing is an excellent father and son plumbing company that does quality work. We had a very extensive list of plumbing repairs needed between two homes which they completed in an efficient and very professional manner. We felt their pricing for all of the tasks completed was very competitive and reasonable. The tasks were as follows: Replace two garbage disposal collars which required disconnecting the disposers, kitchen sink drain piping replacement, exterior faucet replacement, two laundry faucet and piping replacements, sewer line cleaning for tree roots, bathtub faucet and shower head replacement, A/C condensate pump maintenance, laundry tub drain replacement and gas line disconnect with valve and piping replacement. They did an excellent job, we highly recommend them and we would hire them to do any future plumbing repairs.

They repaired a leaking tub and facets. The experience was good. They did a really good job and they were really accommodating. I had payment options and they were easy to work with. They also followed up.

Joe was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, neat and very efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a great plumber.

The plumber that I use all the time is Robillard Plumbing. They are fantastic. They have great service and honesty. They are the best plumber. I have used them for everything. They are good. They had a bathroom remodeled for me. They have done service work for me. They have done hot water heater. They are good. I would give them straight 'A's across the board. They are very good. I am going to be using them in the future.

Joe quickly diagnosed the plumbing problem in our home and corrected it. He took the time to answer all of the questions I had and even checked out other plumbing concerns I had. Our basement flooded from power outage (like 1/2 of the twin cities) and sump pump obviously stopped working. I meant to get a backup battery system months earlier when Joe put in a water heater (also did a great job on that!) He came late Saturday night and did a great job with a brand new system! I have already recommended him to others

My home was built in 2002 ( moved in in 2009) and the builder installed three toilets that would clog on a regular basis. I eventually become so frustrated that I called Robillard Plumbing for advice and an estimate to replace the three toilets. I had used Robillard Plumbing the past for other issues and I had a good experience each time. Joe explained to me that when my house was built, there were many "low flow"toilets on the market that had a reputation for clogging on a regular basis - I had three of these toilets. Joe recommended the Gerber "Avalanche" toilet. After some research on the internet about these toilets, I decided to go ahead with the project. I called Robillard Plumbing to schedule the project. A date was chosen and the project was booked. Robillard showed up on the scheduled day and got to work. They replaced the toilets, the mounting hardware, the shut off valves and the supply lines for all three toilets. Throughout the project they laid down large sheets to protect my carpets and my bathroom floors and overall took great care in respecting my home. They also removed all of the old toilets and other materials so that I did not have to handle any of that. Lastly, once the old toilets were removed, I had the opportunity to paint behind the toilet tanks. Robillard Plumbing was kind enough to allow me the time to pull out the paint cans and apply a coat of paint behind each tank. This was very nice of them to do so. The new toilets are great and I have had NO problems since their installation.

Joe has been our plumber for years. We would not trust anyone else. Joe and his son are dedicated, very knowledgable, thorough, and great to work with. He has done many different jobs for us- install water heater,clean out the kitchen drain, install plumbing for the kitchen sink, fix outside faucets, etc. Soon he will be repairing a shower that is leaking. Not only does he do an excellent job that you can trust, he also cleans up as he goes. The area where he and his son work are just as clean if not cleaner than when they came. An example of how customer oriented they are: We asked them to fix a leaky outside faucet. Not only did they fix the faucet, they also fixed the leaky connection in the hose. Also, when they installed our sink, they padded the pipes so that the weight from the faucet would not clang against the pipes.Joe's wife, Cathy, schedules all the work. She is great to work with. If we need something done as soon as possible, such as unplugging our kitchen sink, Joe is willing to go the extra mile to take care of it for us.

I have never been one to sit and pen a recommendation for a service company, other than the traditional "YES / NO" or "1 to 5" surveys. Then comes Joe Robillard. I remembered frequently seeing his truck in my area over the years and thought I would contact them for my Water Heater problem. I called and spoke to his wife Cathy. Joe was on a job at the time but, returned my call within an hour to make an appointment for an estimate. At the appointment, I was impressed with his personality and genuine desire to help. He presented options for a new water heater and how the install and removal of the old heater would work along with a fair cost for all services.......On installation day, Joe and his son arrived on time, put down runners in the from hall to the lower level to protect the flooring from potential leaking or scuffing during the removal and install. When finished, they cleaned up as if they were never there. This was in 2010. This past October, my charming spouse and I decided to redo the bathroom. I was very hesitant about using a contractor due to previous experiences. We elected to go to one of the 2 major Home Improvement ?Big Box" stores. We were confident they would be in business tomorrow and would probably have a certain amount of control with their contractors and offer some type of recourse for us, should things go badly...... We purchased a Vanity, Sink, Faucet and Toilet along with Floor Tile and Tile Baseboards. The Vanity and Sink we had to order. The problem -- the "Big Box" store did not do Bath tubs, showers or the tile surrounds. That meant we would have to find a contractor or independent installer, which is what I was most apprehensive about. Who to call, let-a-lone who to trust?...... After interviewing multiple installers and contractors, I could not get a good feel for any of them. About to give up, I saw a commercial for "ANGIE'S LIST." I became a member on the spot! I was going through a list of Tile Installers and Plumbers. I came upon ROBILLARD PLUMBING! I felt like smacking myself in the head like the old "I should have had a V-8 juice commercial....... I called Joe Robillard for advice. He came over a few days later. I showed him what we were doing. Embarrased, I told him that the plumbing had already been set up on everything else for the remodel with the exception of the shower and tub. We agreed he would remove the old tub and shower and install the new products when they arrived at the Bath Supply Company. Upon arrival, Joe picked up the tub and shower and stored them in his shop until time to install. He understood my nervousness about outside contractors and literally "spearheaded" everything for me. He spoke with a few tile installers and advised me that we needed to look elsewhere. "ANGIE'S LIST" to the rescue again. Fortunately, I found A to Z Tile & Stone. (A 2011 Service Award Winner) ? Will be doing a review for them shortly -. Joe and Val worked together to help reduce our time without a tub and shower. Joe made sure that the other plumbing and tile contractors were set up for their installs as to not overlap schedules or have any delays. Again, "Above and beyond the call of duty!" Joe and his son removed the original Cast Iron Tub in one piece (other contractors told me they would have to break up old tub to remove). They installed the new tub and shower assembly and made sure the area was clean and tidy to allow for the tile surround to be completed. As a side note. I mentioned to Joe (during the tub install) that I had a leaking outside faucet that I would like replaced at his convenience. After all the installs were completed and they were leaving, I went to hook up the hose to water the yard. To my surprise, the faucet had been replaced. I had no idea when it was replaced and they did not mention it. I was please that they did not forget even a simple request that was mentioned 4 hours earlier in passing. In conclusion, I recommend Robillard Plumbing most highly. Their dedication to service is excellent. D.G.W.

Joe was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had concerning the type or size of unit I needed. He offered possible solutions for a space concern I was dealing with. All in all, he did an excellent job.

They came the same day I called. Very positive experience. Second time I've used them and will use them again.

I noticed our water heater leaking on Saturday night. I called Robillard Plumbing based on the Angie's List rating and the shops location in Maple Grove on Sunday morning the next day. Joe Robillard answered the call himself on the weekend. I explained the situation and asked several questions on types of water heaters, quality, etc. He took the time to answer the questions, was very honest and direct with his comments, and helped me to select the best option for a new waterheater to meet the needs of my family. I indicated that it did not appear to be an emergency but was hoping he could work us in on Monday. Joe was able to make this work. On Monday, he called in advance to confirm his arrival time and arrived as scheduled. He was friendly and polite. Joe and his associate removed their shoes when coming into the house prior to inspecting the water heater. They confirmed the need to replace and went to work on replacing. Prior to starting, they covered the areas of the house they would be walking on with tarps. Given the type of water heater we had (Power Vented), the process took about 3 to 3.5 hours. They removed the old water heater when replacing it. After the new water heater was installed, Joe walked me through how to change the temperature. Upon inspection of the water heater, the installation looked like a piece of art and immaculate. The solder joints were clean and water heater and area around it spotless. It was evident the job had been done by someone experienced and in the buisness for 28 years. All around a great job and I was very happy with the work, professionalism and timeliness of the repair. Kathy Robillard contacted me the next day to inform me that the receipt would be sent out as agreed upon with Joe the day before. She also offered to help set up the inspection with the city and indicated that a rebate was available on the water heater and that information would also be sent. I felt the price was fair given the quality of work performed, the professionalism of Joe and his team, and the overall experience we had.
