We originally worked with maidpro and didn't have the best experience. After sometime, we decided to come back to them. I was happy to see there was a new manager. She is amazing. She is so friendly and helpful. After listening to why I was unhappy before, she found someone that would be perfect. We have been using them for about 6 months now. We have a wonderful woman who is friendly, comes on time, does a great job, and has showed up every time like clockwork. I'm very happy with maidpro and recommend them to anyone. A good manager makes all the difference!

I began using MaidPro in February and have found them to be very thorough and concerned with my satisfaction.

Overall it went very well and I have scheduled MaidPro to come out for bi-weekly cleanings.

Called Maid Pro and got a quote. They told me that if it would take longer than that, they'd call and see if it was ok first. They listened to exactly what we needed/wanted done. Since we just bought our house, we really needed the kitchen and bathrooms done, we didn't have the carpets or window done since this was being done by differen people. The kitchen was disgusting before Maid Pro came, and when we went to look in it, it was beautiful. They cleaned the cupboards inside and out- which is perfect since we wanted to be able to put dishes away as soon as we move in. They needed more time, because of how much work there was, but called and asked first, and gave us a new quote. We would definately recommend this service.

Had this service for about five months, once a month cleaning. Didn't have the same person clean my home each time based on MaidPro scheduling of employees. The last time they were in my home, the floors were not cleaned, the carpet not vacumned, the bathrooms were not cleaned; some dusting was done. They came back the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to re-do the cleaning; small items on the living room floor were vacumned around not moved. I left instuctions for the wood and ceramic floors to be wash with vinegar and water, the cleaner asked me if I wanted her to splash the vinegar on the floor to clean it. Totally unacceptable service.

We contacted Maidpro when we first got one of their flyers in our mailbox. We have always been very impressed with Brent and his managers. I think they have probably been cleaning for us for over 5 years. We have only had a few occasions when we have needed to call the office to complain about something that wasn't done correctly and that was usually the first time that a new service provider had cleaned for us. Brent or the office manager always made it right for us and have always been very attentive. This said, I think for this industry and for how hard the work is, Maidpro has had fairly low turnover, I think we are on only our 4th provider since we started with them. I think the biggest thing is trusting someone when they are in your home alone. There has never been any incidents that would make us worry about them being there. The only thing that has been a bother to me is that a few times a service provider was there when I got home from work and that has been rare. Overall, we like Maidpro a lot and will continue to use their services.

My house was in bad shape and needed cleaning very badly. They did a really good job. While there were areas that needed more work, they made tremendous progress on the 1st visit. I had them come in this week, which was a usually unscheduled week to try to catch up fully. They did a nice job and did some extra cleaning of fixtures. I am very pleased with what they did and how it will set me up for maintaining my house much better.

We have just started using them. So far, the experience has been very positive. They are on time and very thorough. We are going to continue to use them. It costed us $150.

I pay them $200 a month. They clean my house. I will continue to use them in the future.

It went well and I was very happy with the service. It was nice having the entire house cleaned at once. They were very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Their manager came out and checked the employees work and provided helpful criticism and fixed what she felt they missed. It seems as though they would like to ensure the utmost quality.

We started with Maid Pro about 5 - 6 months ago for biweekly cleaning. Brent, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with and made ample attempts to solicit feedback on the work. Whenever we had a complaint, he offered to send someone over to fix the problem. As we have members of our household with dust allergies, thorough dusting is very important to us. Unfortunately, there were multiple occasions when our house was not dusted adequately. Despite discussing this problem multiple times with Brent and having people come back over to re-dust, the quality of our cleanings did not improve. Some of the cleaners are very good; you could tell they did a thorough job as soon as you walked in the door. Others were not nearly as thorough. The lack of consistency in getting the job right the first time ultimately led us to drop the service.

They have a very professional website and a "49 Point Checklist" that they use each time they clean the house to ensure consistency. They did a very good job and always requested feedback on their performance. The only challenge was a bit of turnover in the cleaning staff (which is normal).

From the Maid Pro website, I sent an email request for a quote on cleaning my home. I received a personal phone call from Brent the very next day, and he explained to me in detail their service options, 49-point checklist, and costs. He also told me when he'd be able to send his cleaning crew over for the first cleaning. I also received an email outlining everything we had spoke about on the phone. I was very impressed with the thoroughness and response time. The price was a bit out of my budget, so we are choosing to continue cleaning the house on our own. However, I would certainly hire them if the budget allowed. Brent was impressive, and I feel confident that his team would do a great job.

Maid Pro sent us a card in the mail to announce that they were in our area, we were looking for a maid service and had contacted other maid services with no call back. Brent called me back within one day and gave me a quote over the phone after a short interview for weekly or bi-weekly cleanings. We have found Maid Pro to be very reliable and to do a much better job than previous services that we had hired. We are lucky to have Alicia as our primary house cleaner. She is fastidious and pays attention to detail. Our home smells so nice when we get home. It's nice to have someone you can not only trust to do a fantastic job but also someone you can trust in your home.
