1st time using MaidPro and very happy! Mirisara did amazing and was very kind on top of it. Highly recommend!

It went beautifully! Emily D. was thorough, careful, flexible, willing to discuss cleaning options with homeowner, and has a pleasant personality! I've requested that she do all future cleanings in my home.

Jamie has done a masterful job making our house sparkle. It's not simply a relief that we didn't have to do the cleaning but a case of her doing a better job than we could. When she has left, there is not a trace of dirt or dust left. The house smells cleaner and gleams!

We have used MaidPro for a few years. Each person who has entered our home has been respectful and friendly. Currently, my husband and I work from home and can work without issues. Today, we had Jamie. New to our home, but again an excellent job! We would highly recommend.

1. They came on Wed, we thought she'd be here Thurs. Could have been our mistake easily. I think it surprised her my husband was home. She was rude to him, very kurt, and when my husband apologized for being home she rolled her eyes. 2. My husband put our two dogs outside right away to keep them out of her way. He went upstairs to get ready to leave with dogs and while he was upstairs, he heard the dogs barking outside. He heard JJ yell at them "shut up just shut up!" 3. On his way out he offered to give her the garage code, which we had newly set up. She said "well your paperwork said there is a key which you didn't put there". He said well we can do that but I thought if you'd prefer we can give you the code. She again rolled her eyes and said "whatever". 4. The house was clean but there were areas she missed like the master bathroom sink, mirrors in the bathroom, and mudroom floor. We told Maidpro this, and again, I think a big issue is likely our mistake in that we got the day wrong and she was expecting us to be gone. But even so, I don't think this is good customer service. Maidpro apologized and said they'd send out a quality control person to check her work, they didn't. They also said they'd send a follow up call this afternoon, they didnt.

We've loved working with MaidPro over the last several years. Alex, our current pro is awesome. She works very hard from the time she gets here until she has everything done. She's very attentive to any changes that we may need, and always leaves extensive notes on what she got done that day.

This was the second time I hired MaidPro. The first time, the job was done by another individual. A lot of little things were overlooked. The second time, Austin arrived mid morning ( I was not informed of the time-window, AM, PM, etc. by the company). He was very professional and a very hard worker. He seemed to really like his job and was upbeat in attitude. The job he performed was excellent and met with my expectations. Hope he returns.

My MaidPro is always so thorough and professional. My shelves have never been so tidy. They go above and beyond by calling me if they notice something that might need repairing, like a leaky faucet or toilet.

I have used MaidPro in Maple Grove for two years +. Their service is consistently high quality. They are bright, professional people and go about caring for my home as I would. I can recommend them highly!

Every cleaning is perfection! Everything sparkles and house smells wonderful. Each one of the staff that come clean the house are cheerful and professional. They often go above and beyond. Phenomenal. Very professional and the job was even better than I expected. Wood laminate floors can be tricky to clean and their job was great. Not a space untouched in bathrooms and Kitchen. Very Satisfied.

Last night (1/13/15) I came home to a clean house, not only did I come home to a nicely cleaned home, I had a note from my provider. I believe it was her first time at my home and she wanted to know if it was okay to let my dog out next time to go to the bathroom because he had followed her around crying. These are the kind of people I want in my home! I have been with MaidPro for a very long time and I trust them to be alone in my house, treat my pets with kindness and to do a very good job.

Office manager had good response time, however, I was not pleased to have to contact office on regular basis. Scratched walls, unlceaned areas, on 2 occasions had to come back for a re-clean. Also locked my car (2x) from being able to get to litter box.

Depending on who comes to clean, they can do a really good job or a not so great job.

The owner was very polite and professional.

It was good. They cleaned the kitchen, living room, bathroom and the other major rooms. I have dogs and they weren't scared of it because I told them ahead.

They have been cleaning my home for over 3 years. I started using them several years ago when I was in a single family home. I had let it get out of hand and they came in and did a great job. I set them up on a every two week service. I continued using them after I sold my home and moved into an apartment. Again, very consistent, excellent service. I am now in a twin home and use them every two weeks. I dislike housecleaning so they make my life a lot easier. They are competitive in terms of price and have a wonderful attention to detail. I would highly recommend them.
