The service was wonderful overall.

I contacted another firm that did convert the furnace to LP. Conversion plus a new stainless flue liner was much less expensive than replacement with a new unit. NOTE - a new unit would be a good long term investment. But, in 5 to 10 years this place will be cleared for commercial development. NOTE - Work was not done (estimate cost $75). But the automatic form requires that I rate their service. But - I have not seem their work, thus a C. And now, the form demands that my rating match the summary rating. VERY POOR DESIGN!

They did a good job overall. I did 1 have issue but they came back promptly and resolved it for me. I did have a couple of special request for the install and they did a good job with that.

We originally hired them to come out and do a furnace cleaning and after they inspected it they found out that it was faulty. They shut it down and gave us some heaters to use overnight. We went out of time and when we got back they came right out and began working on the furnace. They had the furnace replaced in half a day and the following day they had lined up an electrician who came out to finish getting in installed. They got the old furnace out and the new one in. When they did the inspection they found out that the heat ducts were not efficient and replaced some of those as well as a piece on the roof. I was very impressed that they paid great attention to detail. They have a nice crew of people who came out to do the work. They made sure to cover the floor so that there would not be a mess left over. They even had financing available for the work. They were willing to deduct the service cost from the total cost of the replacement.

They helped me do research on what heat exchanger to get. They were very accessible, and they have excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our air conditioner was blowing warm air. We called Corey on a Sunday, and our call was returned immediately. We scheduled an appointment for Monday, at 9:00 AM. Corey called 20 minutes before his arrival, to let us know he was on his way. He was prompt. He did a complete furnace check at no extra charge. He diagnosed that the air conditioner had a faulty capacitor and was able to replace it right away. He had the part in his truck. He accurately quoted the cost before replacing the part. We have arranged for Corey to reroute our furnace duct work in the fall (between seasons), when he is not as busy. Corey was neat, clean and organized. He was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He appeared to be able to handle many situations and carried many parts in his truck. His price was reasonable with no "extra or hidden costs". You could not ask for anything more ,from a service technician.

Excellent job. No surprises. Estimate was true and exact. Corey and his crew were prompt, punctual and professional. No subs used.

COMFORT MATTERS DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE ON TIME, DID FAST WORK, AND GAVE US OPTIONS NO ONE ELSE DID. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING A NEW FURNACE OR A/C. THEY ALSO GAVE US GREAT INDOOR AIR QUALITY. THE FURNACE IS SUPER QUIET AND OUR HOUSE IS VERY COZY NOW.
