Called and was greeted promptly. I set up an appointment which was for the next week. Nathan showed up on time and worked with me on how the job could be done. He even showed me how I could gain some more clearance in other places. As an upgrade he educated me on a dual zone heating system that could be added at the time the other work would be completed. There was no pressure to do this upgrade. I called a couple days latter and scheduled the services and was able to get it done right away. I even had Nathan come out a second time to go over the installation which he was happy to do. The job was completed on the date scheduled and went great.

We are so happy to have such a well run company in Hanover where we live. We have the service plan and it works very well for us. Wes did our work today and he is a pleasant, knowledgeable fellow who accommodates our need to isolate our dogs and move them around as needed. We are thankful to be customers just in case something bad happens as you always come right away to help us.

Jason and Wes did a great job. They are professional, neat clean and I feel safe having them in my home when my husband is gone. They cleaned and inspected the furnace and gas fireplace. They recommend cleaning of the big furnace fan which we will do next month.

I called Comfort Matters after regular business hours. The owner, Corey, called me back within minutes after I gave my information to a secretary. Corey was wonderful in explaining what he thought the problem was, the possible fixes and our options for repair. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Wes showed up at our house and was fabulous! He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it without any issues. They were very accomidating and their price was very competitive with others. The Preferred Customer Program is a great option. I highly recommend Comfort Matters!

We have been a Comfort Matters customer for 6 years. They installed our furnace and AC and have done misc. repairs for us ever since. As with every experience before, they did a fantastic job with the repairs. They explained everything we needed to have done and gave me a few options. The work was done perfectly and passed inspection. We normally work with Jason who is great--super professional and very easy to work with. This time we had a different young man handle the work. I can't recall his name, but he did an equally great job. In my opinion, Comfort Matters is a contractor you can trust to shoot you straight and never take advantage.

I am on a monthly program with them which is why they bill me only $ 36 a month. They are clean, polite and trustworthy. They will take care of me and are always early. Their pricing is in line with what other companies charge.

Everything went very well. Would hire them again.

Team came in and replace the furnace, whole house filtration, and A/C. Also balanced the heat ducts. Am very happy with the new HVAC of my entire home. They had great service. Have renewed my service with them for this year, too.

I was very impressed with this company from the initial call to arrange my service call to the specialist they sent to my home. Everything went like clockwork as scheduled. The service person was thoughtful and detailed in explaining the problem and solution for my air cleaner. The air cleaner is something that came with my house in Albertville and a new experience for me. He explained the motor needed replacing and the variety of possibilities to do so. He sat with me and described in all kinds of details the programs available to me through their company. He answered my questions patiently and respectfully; he was not rushed or anxious to get on with his day. I felt like my concern was his number one priority and that is a very rare experience to be had these days.

Have seen their service vehicles in our neighborhood, and my neighbors were also happy.

Jason came to my home, a day after I called and installed wireless theromostats on my boiler. This had to be thought through - and he made several trips to the store to complete the job. He was friendly and attentive! I highly recommend Comfort Matters.

The overall experience was terrific. When you are looking at spending this much money, you want to be sure that you know exactly what you are getting and they certainly delivered. The sales person came over to our house more than once and went over everything with us in as much detail as we wanted. We had many options as far as changing existing ductwork, adding heating zones or leaving things as-is with the new system installed. There was absolutely NO pressure at all to go with a more expensive option and we were left with a great deal of information and the ability to choose what we wanted. They have also followed up with periodic maintenance and have always been very courteous and on time. I would 100% use them again if need be and would recommend them with no reservations.

I have had them out doing service on various parts of our HVAC systems. They have always done a wonderful job and have always been amazingly PROMPT. So often, with other firms, we seem to have to wait for return calls (which sometimes never happens as promised), the work to ber performed, etc. We have never had to wait for Comfort Matters to return calls or perform service. I wish all the contractors we have dealt with, or tried to deal with, were as good as them.

They are wonderful. The people are neat and clean. They are not pushy. They do not try to sell you something you don't need.

The service was great overall! They arrived when they said they would and completed the work that they were supposed to. I have no complaints and I’d recommend them!

We loved working with them. They were very responsive, and their overall pricing and quality of work was really good. They were great and we will use them again!

They told us the inspection would cost one set price, but then we ultimately had to pay more than what they told us initially. They did do additional work that was not covered under a regular inspection which I believe was needed. I don’t think they tried to mislead us, but we just decided not to continue using their services.

Overall, the experience was good. We were happy with their services!

When I purchased my home, it had an oil burning furnace and antiquated water heater. My next door neighbor was a co-worker of Corey (who owns Comfort Matters) and recommended him. He removed my old furnace, and installed a new Trane system along with a new water heater. Corey's attention to his customers borders on fanatical. He/Comfort Matters returns every call, every email. For but one example, I had an issue some time ago with my heater (it was actually no part of his system that he installed) and one of his tech people came out and looked at. They replaced several major parts. That night, it still wasnt right (to me). He had the same tech come out after hours (and the tech had to skip part of his kid's softball game) to work on it again. It ends up the problem was a fan that I had had installed in the system - it had nothing to do with what Corey had installed. The point is that Corey and Comfort Matters will do almost anything possible to insure his customers are happy. His level of customer support is the best of any company I have ever used, period. There is no one that I will ever use for my AC/heater needs but Comfort Matters. They are in a league of their own.

We sought out several quotes when we discovered our heat exchanger was cracked, and Comfort Matters matched price with customer service. The little things they did won us over, such as delivering us several space heaters when our old furnace had to be shut down, and sending out a hand-written thank you note for allowing them to quote us. Their warranties surpassed the competition, and every person I came in contact with at their company (I met four people face to face) was friendly, personable, and explained things clearly. The actual install was done by a very nice gentleman who explained things clearly and worked efficiently. I'm very impressed with Comfort Matters, and will definitely recommend them to everyone I know that needs the services they provide.

Personable and knowledgeable tech arrived on time, cleaned and tested the air conditioner, and replaced the furnace filter (at no extra charge). Offered semi-annual service program for monthly fee, which we are considering.

Comfort Matters has been doing my heating and air conditioning work for two years. Their work has been excellent and so has their service. They are prompt, professional and tuned into my needs as a customer. I am very pleased with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Compared to other service providers I have used, Comfort Matters is excellent.

It was a very good experience. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. They gave me a variety of options. They upgraded my motor to more of an energy efficient motor and provided me a warranty with the motor as well.

It was just fine, they put in a furnace and it works. They were polite, nice and did what they said they would do. It was the best price for the value and it was what they said it would be. We haven't had any issues with it.
