It is convenient to use them and they do good quality work.

This compnay is great. They do just what you ask. You call them, they show up within a day or two, do the work and leave a bill at the door. Couldn't be easier. Great job cleaning up - except for the clean gutters can hardly tell them were here.

They came out and did the job. They sent me a bill. They did a good job. If I had to have my gutters cleaned again, I would call them. The prices were fair. He has a waiting list, he is so good. They cleaned up after themselves.

I called and had them clean my gutters. They came while I was gone and left the bill on the door. One of the upper eaves seemed to remain clogged, so they came out again at no additional cost to make sure it was clear. They did a nice job.

I called Jim and left a message on his phone on a Thursday evening and received a call back Monday. I had used them previously and was pleased, so did not get other quotes. When Jim called I booked window cleaning without a bid since they charge by the window pane and I knew it would be similar to previous work they did. Cleaning appt. was a week out, longer than I wanted to wait but I trusted their service. The crew of 3 arrived and they were on time and professional and friendly. The "lead" rang the doorbell, clarified what work I needed done and directed the other 2 guys on what to do. The lead guy was inside with 2 more outside cleaning. They did a great job, also dusting the window sills in the high 2 story foyer for me. At one point I saw the crew running across my lawn. Turns out they removed a small wasp nest that was next to my basement door where the bees were bothering them while working. The angry bees were chasing them across the lawn! I was pleased the nest was gone and that the crew was OK, so I tipped enough to buy some lunch!

I thought they did a really nice job. Our windows have never been this clean. They were very efficient. They (4 of them) worked very effectively. They were done in a couple of hours and I anticipated it would take much longer. I felt they were a little pricey but it was ultimately worth it and we'll hire them again.

They did an excellent job. The were incredibly fast and the windows looked new when they were done. They were very neat and left no mess in the house; in fact, there was no evidence that they had been in our house other than the clean windows! Jim is an extremely nice person to work with. We will definitely hire him again.

After a large hailstorm we had lots of tree debris filling the gutters. I called a few different people to clean the gutters and Jim called right back. I returned home from a trip to the post office to find the roof clear, the gutters cleaned and everything was nice and tidy. Jim did an excellent job and was easy to communicate with.

I found Jim to be extremely friendly and nice. He happened to me in the neighborhood. He came within 2 hours of my phone call, and was able to get the job done. I would definitely hire him again.

I called Jim to come for an estimate and he said he knew the neighborhood and it would be $85-100 for the job and that he would do it the following week. When he didn't show up or call I called to tell him I would hire someone else and he said he came but didn't have the right equipment for a cedar roof and screens the day he was here, but assured me he could do it that week, and requoted the price at $95-125, which I agreed to. He showed up, did the work, left a huge mess in some of the bushes and I found 3 gutter screens in the lawn. He left an invoice for twice the amount that we agreed on. I'm so fed up with the price gouging some of these contractors try to pull. I sent him a check for the high end of what we agreed on. He left a long temper tantrum on my voicemail 2 days later, whining about how hard the work was, that it wasn't fair for me to only pay half. Completely unprofessional! I paid the full amount of what he quoted, twice, the second quote came AFTER he saw our home.

Jim called me back promptly, answered all of my questions, and had someone out here later the same day.

Jim was very prompt at answering the phone and getting back to me to confirm. He even managed to work the job into his schedule earlier than the estimate. He did a marvelous job, even taking the time to clean the roof of the car port so that the remaining leaves did not fall right back into the gutters again. I was not home when the work was done, but the moment I go out of my car, I knew something was different and different for the better. The rate was VERY reasonable. I am extremely happy and am planning to call on Jim every year.

Jim was great. He came when I was away, did a great job, left an invoice in the door which I mailed back the next day. He called back to make sure everything was OK, to see if I had any questions. Excellent follow up. I definitely will use him in the future.

I called them yesterday and they made it out today, very quick response.

Prompt and courteous service. Have used them previously. Labor costs are inconsistent from one visit to another. This visit was quite high.

This is the 2nd time I've hired Jim's crew and they did another wonderful job! Although the price was about $20.00 higher then last year, their quality of the job done and how careful they are of blinds, drapes, protecting the floor/carpet when cleaning is just superior to other contractors. Also, Jim placed a confirmation call and a follow up call after the job was completed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Wow! These folks are great! I called Jim and he said they'd be out next week, but would call in advance. He called the night before to tell me that Mike would be out the next morning. Mike called in the morning to say he'd be over in 20 minutes. We chatted about a couple of concerns I had and he promptly set to work. He finished the job quickly, even though he had to take a couple joints apart to unplug them. He answered my questions, shook my hand and was on his way! The area was completely clean and my hose was even coiled perfectly! Then, that afternoon, Jim called to thank me and check if I had any questions! They are a joy to work with!

James Harty, the owner has cleaned my gutters for 3 years in a row and has been a pleasure to work with. I called him and he performed the work a few days later. He left a bill in the front door. I recently moved and the gutters were very clogged and filled with debris. Some of the gutters were filled with dirt and had small plants growing in them. The previous owners had not cleaned them in several years. James Harty did exceptional work in making sure that all the gutters were thoroughly cleaned. All my gutters are now clean and do not have anymore debris and dirt. I will continue to use Jim Pane Inc year after year. They are very professional.

He is wonderful. They are reliable. The young men do a great job. They are professional. They go about there work in a very efficient manner. Jim Harty the owner always calls to do a follow up to make sure I am satisfied.

The crew was early, efficient, friendly, and they placed tarps on floor under windows. They were here for 45 minutes and did an outstanding job! I will definitely be using them for my window cleaning needs for spring and fall.

VERY POLITE AND CAME TO DO THE JOB IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

THIS WAS A TOTAL FIASCO! I HAD PREVIOUSLY USED THIS COMPANY ONCE AND WAS VERY PLEASED. THIS TIME THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE AT 1PM, THEY SHOWED UP AT 10:45AM. I AM RECOVERING FROM SURGERY AND UNABLE TO MOVE THINGS. A PERSON WHO WORKS FOR ME WAS GOING TO BE HERE AT NOON TO MOVE THINGS FOR INSIDE WINDOW CLEANING. I TOLD THEM WOULD HAVE TO DO OUTSIDE FIRST. I PREPARED WHAT I COULD. AT 1140, JIM CAME TO THE DOOR AND SAID THEY WERE THROUGH. I TOLD HIM I STILL WANTED THE INSIDE DONE. HE CLAIMED THAT I TOLD THEM THEY COULDN'T DO THE INSIDE AND THAT THEY HAD ALREADY PACKED UP AND WERE LEAVING. HE HANDED ME A CARD WHICH SAID THE CHARGE FOR THE OUTSIDE WAS $175. LAST SPRING THEY DID THE WINDOWS INSIDE AND OUT FOR $239.60. BASED ON HIS BILL THE JOB WOULD NOW BE $350. I HAVE YET TO RESOLVE PAYMENT WITH HIM. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND THE PHONE WAS ANSWERED BY JIM WHO INFORMED ME THAT HE WAS THE PERSON WHO HAD TALKED WITH ME AT THE DOOR. I WILL NOT USE AGAIN!!!

WE CALLED A FEW MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME TO GET OUR NAME ON THE LIST. JIM CAME SOON AFTER ALL THE LEAVES HAD FALLEN AND RIGHT BEFORE A MAJOR THUNDERSTORM WAS CALLED FOR AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THE TIMING WAS GREAT. WE USED THIS SERVICE LAST YEAR, TOO. THE PRICES WENT UP BY ABOUT $30.

I CALLED TO TALK WITH JIM ABOUT GUTTER CLEANING. THE CONVERSATION WAS VERY REFRESHING! JIM WENT INTO DETAIL ABOUT THEIR SERVICE AND OFFERED TO CLEAN MY GUTTERS ON A SATURDAY. THEY'D LEAVE AN INVOICE IN THE DOOR. ON SATURDAY THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH AND CLEANED THE GUTTERS! JIM PLACED A FRIENDLY FOLLOW-UP CALL TOO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. OUTSTANDING ALL AROUND.
