This is the second time I've used Jim Pane window cleaners. Jim answered the phone himself and got the job scheduled quickly. The crew is excellent! They contacted me when they were on their way. The crew is very polite, professional and answered all my questions. The price is reasonable and they left the windows looking beautiful. I used someone else earlier this year and regretted it - they were more expensive, left dirt in the home, were not able to complete the job as described and left the windows less clean. I will definitely stick with Jim Pane next time.

I cannot recommend Jim highly enough. Our gutters were clogged during a couple huge rainstorms, and we needed someone to quickly clean them out. Jim made time for us on his schedule the next day, and cut down some huge branches for us. We've used his company for years and are always impressed with their professionalism.

The windows were washed on Oct.23rd. Since we were having such a late fall and the majority of the leaves were still on the trees, the gutter cleaning did not occur until Nov 20th. I appreciated the fact that the service was performed at that time.

Jim brought a crew of energetic, polite and efficient young men who went to work immediately and had all windows done in a short amount of time. Jim Harty, the owner, was very friendly and a good communicator. I would definitely hire this company again.

I had called a couple of other gutter cleaners on Angie's list that couldn't even be bothered to return my calls.Jim Pane is based in Buffalo and I didn't think he would come to St. Paul. But he responded to my call in a timely manner and told me he did get to St. Paul. He was professional, his prices were reasonable and he did a great job. Many gutter cleaners take the job only so they call sell a new roof but that wasn't the case with Pane. I would definitely use him again.

Jim's company had some truck issues when I first called them and so they weren't able to get the job done when they initially said they would. So I called again, and he explained the issue, and rescheduled with me. They were on time the second time. They did a great job, were very quick, and gave me some maintenance tips. He was very friendly as well. It was totally worth the money.

I paid them $80 to $90 for the work. They took the whole job there and sprayed the gutters down. They were thorough, punctual and professional.

He is very professional and aways arrives on time with a crew that is very trustworthy. He does a great job. He calls to make sure you are satisfied with the job that has been done. One time they forgot one window and they came back to clean it immediately. It was a garage window so it wasn't even a big deal.

He’s been alright. I wanted him to do the windows too but he never really got back to me with that; it might have been too late in the year. I don’t know about his price because I don’t know what other people charge for this kind of work. He did the work but I haven’t been on the roof to check how it looks.
