"I hired this company to install Christmas lights, which is the ultimate service of convenience. This was the first time I tried hiring this out. Unfortunately, nothing about this experience has been convenient. It started with them pushing our installation date out a week. They were supposed to install the week of 11/11/24 but due to them being busy they needed to push it out to the week of 11/18/24. Fine, not a big deal. I told them I had an outlet under soffit of my porch which was designed to be a Christmas lights outlet. I asked them to use it if they can, but that it wasnâ t required. However they felt was best was fine with me. When they came out to install, I was on a business trip. My wife was home but needed to leave for a dr appointment before they were finished. Landon Pachol had texted me the job was completed. When my wife got home, she told me the lights werenâ t working. I texted Landon to explain they werenâ t working. Remember, Iâ m on a business trip. Landon responded right away, which was around 9pm. I thought that was great. He said heâ d have someone out there the next day. Perfect. The next day, I return from my trip around 4pm. No sign of Landon stopping by, or anyone from A Step Up Home Washing. Since then, I have called multiple numbers this company uses on their website, Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc. Which, btw, huge red flag when a business uses so many different contact numbers. I have also texted back every number which has texted me from their company (3). No responses from anyone. Iâ m beyond frustrated. This is such a simple service and a simple issue to correct. Zero excuse for the lack of communication and resolution. Iâ m happy to update/delete this review once they do their part. The ball is in their court. Until then, stay away from this so called business!!!"

On the other hand, major reorganization projects can cost $1,500 to $5,000, including installing shelves and storage solutions. Expect to pay more for professional organization help if you need specialty storage solutions, like cabinets and toolboxes for a workshop or a ceiling-mounted kayak or bike storage option.
