He is thorough, professional, and really honest! His customer relations practices are top notch. These days, not too many business people want to spend the time it takes to establish a good report with the client. Typically, the communication is brief and sometimes unclear. Not so with Jeff! He took the time to get to know us, helped us understand the problem we needed help with, and had several options that were clearly explained.
