Very Smooth process, no complaints

They were professional and provided great service. They were fairly priced too.

She was very quick to come out so they were responsive. We had a weather deadline so they were excellent in coming. She gave me a plan that was very practical. I wasn't sure what I was doing and she let me know where I could get the most bang for my buck, which was really important to me. I had used another vendor and he gave me everything that anyone could imagine, but I didn't know how to create a package that was financially viable for me. She came in and did that. She created a very practical solution for me. She left the design so I could go over it with my husband to decide what we wanted to do. I know I could have gotten it cheaper, but I really appreciated their services. We would absolutely hire them again in the future.

We previously used this company 5 years ago to place automatic garden lights throughout our backyard garden. We recently expanded our garden and added a garden arbor at the top of the hill. Since the arbor area was so dark I wanted an additional light added, and we also needed to fix-up the remainder of the lights with either the riser boots or new bulbs. Lisa met with me to go over what I needed and discuss a few different ideas to really highlight the garden. The technician arrived promptly and quickly did everything on my list. He put all of the mulch back in place and removed any packaging. The only thing I had to do was to wait for the sun to set and the lights automatically came on.

It went great. The indirect leaf dappled lighting without visible fixtures was a fantastic solution for the path down to the lake. We've been living with it for a year and just love it. I called Randy my sales contact a week ago to tell him the new decks were almost complete and he stopped out that morning to design it. Work was done three days later in five hours time. Our interior designer insisted that the post lights be black to be consistent with the black rail balusters and unobtrusive. This was not a standard color for them (they are also the fixture manufacturer), but they sent them out to be custom painted at no extra charge and still completed the job three days later. We were also concerned that there not be any exposed wiring. They use channeled mouldings made of western red cedar to conceal vertical wiring on the back of railing posts. They were a perfect match to my brand new railing posts of the same wood.

Can't say enough...work was done promptly and according to estimate, quality materials, courteous and professional installers and service people, and the house and yard look great. Can't recommend highly enough.

THEY WERE NICE TO DEAL WITH ON THE PHONE, DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND SENT A BILL FOR AN EXTREMELY REASONABLE AMOUNT, ESPECIALLY COMPARED TO THE COMPANY THAT DID THE SAME THING LAST YEAR FOR $95! WE THOUGHT THE FIXTURE MIGHT NEED REPAIR SINCE IT WENT OUT SO SOON AGAIN, BUT THEY PUT IN A 20,000 HOUR BULB THIS TIME AND DESCRIBED IT ON THE INVOICE SO WE WILL BE ABLE TO REPLACE IT OURSELVES NEXT TIME.
