Lisa & Mark were wonderful to work with - they designed a great lighting plan, were very responsive, and got everything installed before the ground froze. Their technician, Paul did a terrific job installing everything and was great to work with as well. We absolutely love the way it turned out and we would definitely use them again!
Description of Work: Updated existing lighting and added new back yard lighting, as well as added new landscape lighting to our front yard.

+ -1 moreVery well, Lisa Hanson contacted me right away made an appointment with me, wrote up an estimate, and we went forward with the work. She had the re-lamping and repair work done quickly 6/30/14. It took a little longer for the new lights to arrive and be installed. I notice that one of the corner lights was too bright and Lisa came out and adjusted the wattage. Perfect!
Description of Work: Re-lamped and repaired fixtures where necessary on my existing landscape lighting. Added 2 more light for flooding the front of my home.

Description of Work: I used Touchstone Accent Lighting Inc to install ten different landscape lights around the yard for up lighting trees, lighting the decks, and down lighting the lower garden areas and flowerbeds in the yard. The technician put the hardware down, connected the lights, put a transformer box on the side of the house, and ran the wires to that.

Lisa Hansen was very professional from the start, appearing on time for our first meeting, preparing a thorough and complete plan, discussing options, even discouraging extra lighting we suggested since they would detract from the overall appearance or appear unnecessary. THe installation was done quickly and cleanly, and she was right about the final design. There were a few defective components after the installation which they promptly replaced. We felt it was an excellent job done by reliable people.

+ -1 moreWe needed to upgrade our outdoor lighting scheme from Home Depot/Menards fixtures to a better quality installation. Touchstone replaced all of our underground wiring and fixtures. We also upgraded to the less costly bulbs that cost a little more upfront but use far less electricity over a much longer life span. Several bulbs were defective and suffered a premature demise, but Touchstone promptly returned to replace them with no additional costs. Since that time they have come out several times to add additional fixtures to expand our lighting plan. Always friendly and timely, I would not consider anyone else for our outdoor lighting needs.
Description of Work: Touchstone gives excellent service, quality lighting fixtures and followup service. their rates are consistent with the quality of service and product.

+ -1 moreFabulous. The salesperson was helpful and had great ideas. I needed to add an extra light after they had finished the project. I explained where I wanted it and they came right out and installed it the day after I called. The installer was very professional and did a great job.
Description of Work: Added front yard lighting to match the back yard lighting they had installed a few years back. I was unsure exactly what I wanted, so the salesperson came up with a perfect idea. We had 5 uprights and 4 down lights along with an arbor light installed.

+ 0 moreMark came out to our house, we described what we were looking for and asked his opinion. He was very professional and had good ideas. He suggested switching to LED lights which will save electricity and allowed us to expand lighting with our existing transformer. We landed on a plan of walkway lights for the steps, a couple of wide-angle lights to shine one the house, and lights discretely shining down from trees in a wooded area. They came out to install a week or so later. He buried the cables, installed the lights and the results were top notch.
Description of Work: We asked Touchstone to create a design and install landscape lighting in the front yard. We already had lighting in the back yard.

Description of Work: Touchstone designed and installed uplighting and downlighting and all sorts of lighting all around our house. Lisa initially consulted what type of lights to install and where, and her being the pro I trusted her every move and just went with it. It turned out beautiful. Here in an email i just sent to her: Lisa, I want to thank you for doing such a tremendous job on our lighting. Paul came over today to install the last few lights and minor tweaks. My wife and I just walked around the house, and we are just stunned at the beauty. Coming from an artistic point of view, it’s breathtaking. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I have called them back to do some more work for me because I liked it so much, so they are going to be here next week again. To date, I have spent $2000, and I will be sending another $1000 with them.
