John arrived promptly. Serviced the a/c and the air exchanger. Made sure everything was running properly. Cleaned every service area afterwards. Professional and friendly. I will always use High Road!

After spending the whole day working in my home office and wondering why my feet were cold I finally checked the thermostat and realized the house was ten degrees colder than it was supposed to be. I called High Road at 3:15 pm on Friday afternoon and spoke with Dennis. As a contractor I was able to help him diagnose the problem over the phone and he gathered what he thought he might need and was at my house by 4:00pm (on a Friday afternoon). After confirming that it was indeed the fan motor that had burned out he got to work replacing it. Within the hour we were back in business and heating the house. I'm a repeat customer of High Road and once again they proved why they deserve my repeat business. They responded very quickly and were both professional and clean. They're the only HVAC contractor I'd allow in my home!

I had John come out to figure out why my furnace would not restart after reaching desired temp, he troubleshot the furnace and even told me what he was doing as he was working, he listened to my explanation of the symptoms and found the initial cause of the issue and resolved it. I was very happy with his personality and professionalism.

Excellent! A company representative arrived on Christmas Eve day and performed service on my existing furnace. This kept my old furnace running so I had some time to make an informed, relaxed decision. Friendly, professional. The company representative that installed the furnace did a great job, explained everything to me, left the area (inside and out) clean and tidy and submitted manufacturer's warranty and utility rebates.

The weather was cold so I needed a quick response. They came the same day but didn't charge any extra fee for the same day response. They diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly.

I requested bids from four companies regarding replacement of my furnace and AC. Each company provided two choices per manufacture; High Road, after doing detailed house measurements, provided three proposals (good, better and best) for York equipment. I chose High Road mainly because of price ($700 lower for the same equipment from my previous contractor (who had been in the business for over 50 years) and High Road was one of two York Certified Comfort Expert dealers in my area which offers customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I purchased High Road ?Better? York Furnace (95% Efficiency) with the ?Best? York A/C Option (16 SEER). Robin, the co-owner, was very easy to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. Robin always answered my email questions promptly. Also, Robin was the only contractor, who thought she could find a plate to cover up old space that still could be seen around a new programmable thermostat that was installed by CenterPoint home energy audit team. She found one and my wife was very pleased! Her two business partners, John and Dennis, did the installation. They were friendly as they went about their work and did a very nice job removing the old and installing the new. When I contacted them afterward with a complaint about the furnace blower being too noisy, Dennis came out the next day and made the necessary adjustments. I would hire High Road again and would recommend their company to anyone. Everyone is a pleasure to work with whether it?s Robin, John or Dennis or talking to Sarah, the office manager, over the phone. They're knowledgeable, courteous, and provide a high-quality service.

John called a while before he was to arrive to let me know a more specific time which was great. He arrived right in the window he said he would, removed his shoes, and had me lead him down to the furnace so we could discuss exactly what I wanted done. He asked some questions and got to work. I had purchased a condensate pump which I asked him to install; he made sure to ask exactly where I wanted the new drain line to run and where I wanted the pump installed. I work from home so left John to do his work and went back upstairs. Shortly thereafter I had to run off for an emergency and let John know. From working with High Road, and John, in the past I was fully comfortable leaving him in our home. He asked how to safely lock up when he was finished. When I returned home the work was all completed just as we had discussed. The condensate pump was safely up off the floor and securely attached to the furnace; the line was run across the room to our drain and secured so it wouldn't get in the way. John even fixed a loose panel on the furnace so it wouldn't vibrate. He left our home clean and properly locked up once he left. He also left us with a few recommendations on the invoice for things that could help improve the comfort levels in our home. I would hire High Road again in a heartbeat and would recommend their company to anyone. Everyone is a pleasure to work with whether its Robin and John on-site or talking to Sarah over the phone. They're knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and provide a high-quality service. They are the only HVAC company I would let anywhere near my home.

Called High Roads and spoke to John, told him the problem. He was happy to come out but offered to talk me through how to make the repair over the phone. He explained that I would get wet, dirty, what tools to go get and then proceeded to talk me through the repair. Saving me the service call charge. He patiently talked me through every step to fix and prevent the problem from happening again. John has been our tech for 4 years doing schedule maintenance calls keeping our equipment working well. So he knew what unit we had and talked me through the repair steps with ease. I have and will continue to recommend High Roads to my family and friends!

John determined that we were not getting full benefits of the zone heating system installed several years earlier by another company because the lower level damper was not opening. He identified the problem, found the appropriate part, and returned to install it. I appreciated that he took the time to explain how the system should work and why ours wasn't.

John arrived on time. He serviced the air conditioner and air exchanger.He left the areas serviced as sclean as when he arrived, always making sure to remove his shoes in the house. Very prfofessional and friendly!

I called for an appointment and they sent someone the next day. He brought all the necessary equipment and cleaned out the air conditioner.

It went exactly how a professional HVAC installation should go. Robin (one of the company owners) came out to check out the job, got back to me in 1-2 days with a detailed estimate with a couple itemized options, it looked great and I scheduled the work, Dennis (another one of the owners) came out on the scheduled days and performed the installation. Neat, clean, professional!
