Description of Work: They are not licensed HVAC providers for my city even though they show up in "The Big Deal" search for my area. They responded quickly to me so I have no negative feelings toward the provider. This was my first experience with purchasing something off of Angie's "The Big Deal" so I doubt I'll use it in the future if its search results are not accurate.

Description of Work: Purchased a Big Deal for a furnace inspection and cleaning. High Road contacted me and arranged the time to come to the house. Technician arrived on time and was very professional. No problems whatsoever and gave me some good advice on the type of filter I should be using. I will have no problem using them again.
